âOur meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off.
We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot.
I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full.

âThe check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property.
Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant.
In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

âIt was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets...
