“We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated.
However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

“Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service ”

“Showed up at 3:15 to check in and was told to go away and come back in 30 minutes. Not a good first impression.
The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The toilet ran the entire time we were there.
The pool was out of commission for most of the time we were there once due to it being fouled and the next day there was a power outage for the entire day!.. not the hotels fault but they did nothing to compensate their guests at all.. a meal voucher or something would have been...

“The staff are amazing and I felt very welcomed and safe
I travel a lot in an around the Winnipeg Airport hotels and this one I would say overall is a 3 1/2 because it’s starting to show it’s where and the beds are not as comfortable as a Hilton, but the staff were very friendly
We had a king suite which had plenty of room

“Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away.
