“The hotel was being renovated, which was needed because it was run down. The renovations were very dirty. The pool and fitness centre was filthy and unusable with food garbage on tables, the floor and in the pool. The guests were smoking and drinking everywhere outside and there was food and garbage on the floor in the lobby. I was afraid to leave the room at night. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton.”

“The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it...

“Location was great. Close to all of amenities in walkable distance. I got to see many airplanes going to land. Can be noisy at times. Room was a decent size. Room wasn’t the best cosmetically but it served its purpose. Bathroom sink and tub were barely draining, water pooled in the tub and sink. Staff were great, they were helpful and fixed issues in a timely matter.”
