“The room was super cozy and clean. Water pressure and temp were great. Bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. Free washer and dryer. My only complaint was that the walls were paper thin, but they provide earplugs.”

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Hibernation Station — it ended up being our favorite place of the entire trip. Our private cabin felt cozy but still spacious enough to spread out and settle in comfortably. Everything was clean on arrival, and the in‑cabin fireplace was easy to use and added a really relaxing, warm atmosphere in the evenings.
The property was quiet overall, which made it a great place to unwind after long days in the park. It’s a little farther from town than some places, but...

“The staff in the afternoons through evenings were the very best. 10/10. The cleaning staff that got new towels and trash bags and coffee each day for our room were incredible. There was coffee and tea and fresh cookies and ice cream every day. This hotel is walking distance to the shops in town. Close by the little grocery stores too. And a minute drive to entrance to west Yellowstone. I would for sure stay here !”

“The Cabin was nice and clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. However we were very disappointed because the bathroom toilet was broken and it took the support staff more than 3 hours to fix. We had to use McDonald's bathroom until they fixed it. We also had to stay in our cabin to let the support staff in.
We asked for a refund for being inconvenienced but the Manager never responded to my request or to at least reduce the price of our stay.
There were other guest who also...
