Nestled on the serene North Shore, spend your days soaking up the sun on the waterfront deck, cruising from your private dock with a boat lift, or unwinding by the fire pit. Fire up the grill for lakeside dinners and create unforgettable memories.

Escape to this charming chalet-style home with soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows that offer breathtaking views of Houghton Lake from your private frontage. The open-concept layout is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Enjoy meals at the adjacent dining area or unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa (comfortably sleeping two).

The home offers three beds and two full bathrooms: a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom with a smart TV, a king bed in the loft, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There’s one full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom in the loft area. The loft also includes a washer and dryer, as well as a dedicated workspace for your convenience. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Spectrum cable box offering 60 channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and purified water—perfect for cooking up delicious meals (please note: no dishwasher).

Step outside to the spacious deck, where you can relax around the outdoor gas fire pit, enjoy meals at the dining table, or fire up the grill for a fun cookout with family and friends. The expansive yard faces the lake and features a private fire pit and a dock, installed during the summer months, that’s ideal for your boat or water activities.

Parking is conveniently available behind the house, making it easy to arrive and settle in.
