âI like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted â

MĂ„nga bussgrupper bor hĂ€r, vi kom sjĂ€lva i egen bil, har man otur kan de bli segt vid incheckningen.â
âOur family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. â

âWe had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back. â
âGreat renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better.â

"Some receptionist cannot speak English is so frustrating . How come in such tourist place some staff cannot communicate at all ti the customer .the janitors/ janitress out of 5 points I give 2 . Ask them why. The breakfast very poor. ."
