✔ Your registered guest count includes all visitors and overnight guests. With accurate information, your quote includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases after booking, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty per person per night for unauthorized guests.
✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $30/night for 1st pet and $20/night for each additional pet.
✔ Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. (depending on the platform).

If chemicals are added, guests may need to pause swimming temporarily. Leaves or debris may still blow in after cleaning, so a skimmer is available for guest use. This does not affect the pool's usability.
