Good but posting needs updated
The overall experience here was decent. Very secured lot with a 6ft tall fence around the property and then individual locks on each unit there. Overall neighborhood was decent, a few homeless people walking by on the main street or asking for change but no one threatening or unsafe.
The property is located at the end of a dead end street which actually made the parking situation rather difficult. Yes there are 3 spots as listed, but they are not in the traditional parking lot line fashion. Instead it is a narrow driveway up to one of the buildings and there are 2 spots close to one side of the fence and 1 spot on the opposite side. Realistically only compact cars should be parking back there as there is little to no turn around space for anything bigger (I had my work truck with me and it took me about 10-20 minutes to park it each day based on who was positioned where).
What really got me was that the property was advertised with AC and while it is technically true it is not a centralized unit but rather 2 window units. Since it's not a big space I guess that wouldn't typically matter, but I had to leave my ESA dog a few days due to work and I was really concerned for her safety as it was reaching the mid to upper 90's that week. I brought in an extra fan and she did fine, but I would like to see a little clarification on that since it would have played a factor in my renting for the week.
Overall cute and comfortable; good for 2 people max and to see some nice places.
