We totally enjoyed our stay in Houston. This property is in a nice calm middleclass neighborhood with very friendly and watchful neighbors all around. The property is well maintained and the owner (Phil) is very easy to get along with and quick to respond to any problems. We had very few issues other than a couple dying batteries on smoke detectors and that was a pretty easy fix. The internet is really dependable and the ad doesn't mention that there are smart TV's in every bedroom as well as the living room. All the appliances are in good working order and the lawn care guy does a good job maintaining the yard. There's an unlimited quantity of grocery shopping options in close proximity (we liked HEB and Kroger best). Nearby Katy is like a shoppers dream for other shopping needs. The only real problem we had was choosing from the 100's or thousands of nearby restaurants. You can find anything you like food wise and they're almost all good. This place is a definite keeper!!!

We have a great time,my kids love it,we feel like it was our own place, Plus we brought our dog with us,and that make us feel so pleased,because not many properties let us have our dog in side the property,so they make us happy when they say pets are allowed 😇♥️♥️ definitely we would stay here for our next vacation.

Check in was not good we told them 3 people was staying in home, and that my brother his girlfriend and 3 others was going to meet us at the house to go see places in Houston but they was not going to stay. They then tried to charge over 100 dollars when I clearly told them only 3 people would be staying. Nice little house but water was super cold and very uncomfortable. It was my birthday so I wanted a hot tub not a cold one. The tub was nice with the jets but was horrible because of the ice cold water even the shower was cold only water was hot was the kitchen sink. Then the his and hers sinks in master bathroom was an eye sore because it was so dirty at the bottom of the cabinet

The price for the rental was too much. It was not made clear it was a duplex. There were several maintenance issues that needed addressed. A living room power outlet was a safety hazard. Hole in the wall in bedroom with twin beds from door knob. Bathroom hand towel holder fell off the wall just hanging a wash cloth.....i could go on.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The home could have been cleaned better, there was a smell that we figured out was coming from the dishwasher but we ran it and it was fine. The host was great with communication. The home was very spacious, there was plenty of room. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Awesome stay

Quiet Oasis

This was a really beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. It was located close to walking trails and everything else I needed. Property was clean and the pictures are a true reflection of what you get. The beds were very comfortable! It was stocked well with supplies so I had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and maintained communication throughout my stay. Highly recommended! I will definitely book again for my next trip back to the area.

Short and sweet

My friends and I really enjoyed the stay. The check in process took a little while but was the only thing that stood out. The place was equipped with everything that we needed and appreciated it. The backyard was a perfect hangout spot! It was great with the Astros winning the World Series! We had a great time throughout or stay!

A Cute Cozy House

Overall, our stay was quite nice. The property manager maintained great communication throughout our stay and made sure that he could meet our needs to the best of his abilities. Provided basic amenities worked properly and the house was conveniently located not far from the stores nor the city.
