“This hotel is thoughtfully situated in the Montrose District, near many great eateries and museums. I personally loved the design of the property and interior design of the rooms, overall it was very artful and bespoke. The room was clean and the restaurant was inviting. Staff in the lobby, housekeeping, and restaurant were all super friendly. Great and memorable stay.”

“The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future. ”

“The shuttle driver, Gabriel, was amazing and the hotel was very nice. I was not impressed with the front desk staff. They were not friendly.”

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“We love staying at this Zaza for Houston museums, zoo, and Hermann park visits. Price is elevated, but the quality of stay is top notch. Very spacious room at standard rate. Turndown service with a Moon Pie or chocolate, and a bottle of water. Over the span of a couple of days, we had an excellent breakfast and excellent dinner at Monarch. This weekend coincided with a prom being held in the big ballroom. The staff runs things so well that, as a guest, this was not a disruption at all to us.”

“Everything was in pristine condition. Staff was very helpful. Gym and pool were amazing. 100% coming here again when in Houston.”

“We went for a medical visit for my parents and stayed here. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and quiet rooms. They were even great at accommodating for service animals and you could not tell any animals had ever been there.”

“The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues.”

“The lobby, elevator and room itself were very clean; however, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I found hair on linens that didn’t belong to me and hairs in the tub. I had to wipe it down before using it. ”
