“The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

“The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late.”

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and aiming to please. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. I made use of the complementary shuttle for an appointment I had at Houston Methodist. Sergio, the driver was kind enough to make sure he got me back to the hotel in time to meet a scheduled ride I had to the airport. It was a quick trip and time sensitive. It went perfectly and I want to thank the staff...

Es mas un tipo AirBnB, un departamenteo que tiene todo, tiene estufa, microondas, centro de lavado, un comedor pequeñito, etc. La verdad es que esta bien, sin embargo no tiene servicios de hotel como tal, no tiene restaurante, el servicio de cambio de sabanas y aseo tiene costo adicional y nada barato, etc. La propiedad esta bien para ejecutivos que se quedan varios dias, mas no lo recomentaria tanto para familias con niños.”
