“If you want to play in/on the water, this is not the spot. A dense copse of trees in a deep ravine blocks any view of water, and a gravel path of 30% grade for about 300 feet on the west border accesses an elevated deck with a dock below Otherwise, the house is great, access to the highway is great , the area is great.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very prompt in addressing some difficulties checking in. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the sleeping arrangements were a bit tight, but there was space for everyone. The location is wonderful. Great spot to sit outside or check out the river or swing on the tree swing or build a fire. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to make all our meals as well.”

“We (my husband, daughter and I)decided to do a weekend away with our friends and their children when we had a wedding in the immediate area. Great location for the festivities we were attending at Shawano County Park Pavillion (>5min drive). Less than 10 min drive to downtown Shawano for the farmer's market on Saturday AM.
