“Overall stay was pretty good. Clean, quiet rooms. Very aligned with what we expected. Staff were friendly. Open, spacious lobby good for getting work done. Breakfast was pretty good, too, although a little expensive, especially for a cup of coffee. Cons included that one of the elevators was broken during our entire stay. And the rooms are somewhat dated.”

“The 1st room had some kind of flying insects on the air conditioned and in the window area, I called the front desk receptionist and she immediately moved me to a different room without any hesitation. Great customer service. I didn't like the fact that they don't serve hot breakfast. Only grab and go options. They shouldn't advertise they serve breakfast. “Nice place, good location. But.....Room had no lamp next to the desk. When I was offered another room, THAT room's bathroom light was flickering. We took the lamp from the second room back to the first room and I complemented the desk clerk on her patience but then she said "I can't keep opening up new rooms for you". “We booked Super 8 Laurel 'cause we wanted an outdoor pool after 5 days of Festival-camping. Upon arrival the motel makes a very dirty an unfriendly impression. No flowers as shown on pictures at hotels.com. Then the porter tells us that the pool has not been in use for 3 years!! That's why we immediately left and stayed at Motel 6 in Laurel instead.
