“Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. “Front desk assistant Dianna was lovely, helpful and very friendly. The room was renovated and clean (though the bathroom was not renovated). The room was great, but the outside of the hotel was dilapidated and I believe was housing homeless. It didn’t seem very safe in the parking lot area and there were people smoking pot all around the property.”

“Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites”

“The hotel is okay. It's an older structure. Latest renovation is becoming worn. Long walk to my room but convenient to where I parked. Late checkin doable. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom. Breakfast not included. I got my breakfast elsewhere. Fairly easy on/off both 95 and 295. Twenty to 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. ”
