Areas to improve:
1. One access room card is not enough if 2 people are staying in 1 room
2. Charging $10 for the lost card is inappropriate. I have never seen this in my life traveling all over the word. Eventually, the fine was dismissed after my negative reaction but it could affect the overall satisfaction.
Again, the hotel meets all high standards and I highly recommend it for everyone.”
“Hotellet uppfyllde våra behov och lite till. Hotellet låg väldigt centralt men tillräckligt avsides för att slippa stöket från stora gatorna. Personalen var så otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma, rummen stora och bekväma. Frukosten som ingick var toppen och utsikten där det serverades var fantastiskt. Städningen kunde dock ha varit bättre. Lakanen byttes när jag efterfrågade det (dag 4 av 7) och toalett och dusch rengjordes inte. ”
“The apartment was newly built and was very spacious, fresh and clean. It's located in the city centre with no more than 200 meters to the republic square, and is surrounded by great restaurants and shops, so we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment had a kitchen with all sorts of equipments to make breakfast or any other meal, which was very comfortable. They had the best service with very nice and kind staff that helped answering the questions we had and helped us book...
“Hervorragende, moderne, vermutlich nagelneue Anlage. Nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, diese jedoch zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wobei ich in der Regel zu Fuß unterwegs war, zum Shuttle-Bus daher nichts Genaueres sagen kann.”
“Bodde på Dave hotell under en weekend, kom till Hotellet väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Frågade om jag kunde få en tidigare incheckning. Det var inte något problem få gå och vila och fick starta dagen med en bra hotell frukost som var bra sov mycket bra i den nya sköna sängen. Badrummet var i nyskick och i botten våningen finns en pool om man vill simma.”
