134 sqm antique teak house on stilts in central Hua Hin. Sleeps 5 across a 2-king loft and a ground-floor daybed. Private pool, fully enclosed in 2026 with AC on both floors.

This is a real Thai teak home that has housed several generations of families - moved and reassembled panel by panel in the traditional Thai way, carrying parts of houses from several places in Thailand. The upstairs teak loft is original and untouched. In 2026 we enclosed the ground floor with a red-brick wall built to match the house's style and gave it dedicated AC, keeping the original stilts, posts and design intact.

- Ground floor: traditional flat daybed for 1 adult or 2 small kids; 90x200 mattress topper made up on request. Steps from a full bathroom - the no-stairs option.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Cleaning: professionally cleaned between stays; pool serviced twice weekly.
- Parking: free parking for 1 car inside a heavy metal gate (the car takes part of the yard).
- Check-in: self check-in from 15:00 with a detailed digital guidebook. Check-out by 11:00.
- Rules: no parties or events. Quiet hours 22:00-08:00 - residential street.
- Not suitable for children under 7. Pool has no shallow end - supervise children at all times.
- Safety: exterior security camera covers the entrance gate only. Street sounds reach an antique wooden house; earplugs provided. Mosquito lamps, nets and spray included.
