Everything perfect. Note. All rooms , as well as the private pools facing north. Means the pools are a bit cold , at least during wintertime. But everything else is very good.

Fantastisk service
Vi bodde en vecka på Cape Nidhra och det är en av de bästa upplevelserna som ett hotell har levererat. Enda minuset är att man inte har så mycket nytta av den egna poolen då de flesta poolerna vad jag kunde se ligger i norr och har ingen sol och är därför ganska kalla. I övrigt var allt perfekt. Vi bodde även en vecka på ett av de andra ”lyxhotellen” i Hua hin men Cape Nidhra var klart det bästa.

Fräsch hotell
Mycket bra hotell, stort rum med ett väldigt härligt badrum. Poolen som hörde till rummet var dock rätt så kall och väldigt klorerad. Frukosten var helt suverän med mycket urval och fint upplagt. Poolområdet ligger i direkt anslutning till stranden och är mycket mysigt med en härlig infinitypool. Bra gym. Personalen är mycket trevlig. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till andra resenärer.

Vår bäst hotellvistelse någonsin
Rum, restaurang inkl frukost och poolområde med service helt perfekt. Design och funktion väl genomtänkt. Personalen var helt fantaskisk och gjorde vår vistelse där till en dröm. Läget i Hua Hin är riktigt bra, ligger bra i förhållande till centrum och på den fina delen av stranden. Genomfartsleden genom staden går utanför hotellet vilket ger bra tillgänglighet till taxi, buss och tuktuk

Detta hotell är det bästa jag och min sambo någonsin upplevt. Allt du vill få ut av en avkopplande, romantisk resa (plus lite till) levereras på Cape Nidhra Hotel. Frukosten och maten är i toppklass, servicen är genuin och miljön är sagolik. Rummen är rymliga och ger mycket lugn. Det enda som kunde ha varit bättre är värmen i poolen som finns på den egna balkongen. Den var ganska kall, och vi hade tyvärr ingen sol på vår balkong. Men trotts det var det ändå mysigt.

En oas mitt i Hua Hin!
Bästa hotellet i Hua Hin, Fantastiskt läge, Underbar frukost med allt du kan önska dig, trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde allt för att din semester skulle bli så bra som möjligt, i mitt tycke så var även resturangen en klass för sig jämfört med alla andra i Hua Hin, Vi åt på ca 10 olika resturanger i stan men hotellets resturang the Rock var ändå den bästa. Trevliga rum med egen pool, alltid fint å bra städat, Ett kanon hotell om du vill vila upp dig! Värt varje krona!

Great hotel. Really nice, hope to come back again. Just 2 things need to be improved / fix: another tissue-box at the bathroom, would have been useful and the tap at the sink near the restaurant`s toilet need to be changed. It is almost touching the sink and when washing hands, can not avoid touching the sink with your hand, which is not too hygiene, since the tap is just too low... Other than that, all was perfect, it is really a nice place.

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform. B. Hotel Room * Interior of room very nicely done up, as per advertised. * Outdoor is not as per advertise - city view. We end up not stepping out, zero privacy as we face some local house and old sport court. very disappointing C. Cleanliness * We had a cockroach in our room D. House Keeping * Placed my cpap sleeping mask with mozzies repellent.

會選擇這間是因為到布吉住過這集團的酒店，華欣一樣沒讓人失望！酒店十分有特色很漂亮，而且酒店內就能通往華欣海灘十分方便，景色也很漂亮！ 酒店位置也滿方便的，如果願意走路的話，其實十多分鐘就能走到Hua Hin Market Village，華欣車站和夜市我也是走過去的，路程距離也不是特別遠，很容易走！ 職員態度十分親切，所有職員只要看到客人都會打招呼！餐廳職員也很好他們都會推薦食物給我！ 不過酒店內可能因為都是樹木的關係，房間内其實難免也會有昆蟲，但這方面我覺得不是酒店的問題，是真的沒辦法避免啦，但如果害怕的人在房間可能要注意小心，特別是晚上時間，我原本打算到露台休息，但因為晚上特別多爬蟲，所以立刻關門不敢出去了… 整體來說十分推薦這間酒店，而且泳池的部分很特別，酒店也很漂亮整個環境都很舒適！

所有員工都非常好，每次遇到職員都會跟我們打招呼，非常主動幫助住客，看到我們推著行李去退房時，馬上跑過來幫我們推行李，私人游池不大，不過也足夠玩水，浴室水壓不太夠，早餐選擇不多，不過味道都不錯，友善的員工令我印象深刻
