Bra hus för stor familj eller många vänner
Bra hus för stor familj eller stor grupp. Har bott i huset under 2,5 vecka jul-nyår 2017/2018. Huset ligger rätt off men på promenadavstånd till affär och restauranger, tuktuk kostar 200 bath för att komma ner till strand eller centrum där utbudet för mat och nöjen är större. Huset saknar sänglampor och garderober, är även i behov av lite renovering. Men på det stora hela är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelsen huset, gemensamma utrymmen är guld värda och biljardbord och gym användes flitigt av ungdomarna. Stort plus att det kommer en bil med läsk, vatten och öl man kan köpa direkt från gatan och slippa släpa från byn.

Good for family
The hosts were very responsive, nice, and gracious. The house, with a view of a hill, sits on a street. Noise level is tolerable during the day and quiet at night. Plenty of clean towels with comfortable bedding in every rooms. Master bedroom's air cond wasn't working properly. It was fixed the next day but still not cold enough even when the temp was set at 21°. We used the pool and the terrace everyday. There are 2 grills with a few bags of charcoal provided. Highly recommend buying seafood from a nearby market to grill at home, it was far more superior than at some resto! Monkeys were a bit of a nuisance but they hung out briefly as long as guests don't interact with them. Kids liked the monkeys, though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ronny and K Fon ka!

Sehr gemütlicher Familienurlaub mit groß und klein
Das haus liegt auf einem Hügel in einer sehr sicheren Gegend. Als wir ankamen funktionierte alles schnell und reibungslos.da auf der Terrasse kein Platz für 9 Leute war würde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein zusätzlicher Tisch mit 4 Stühlen geliefert. Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand und mit einem Moped oder Auto sind Strand und Stadt in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.fur die Jugend das Highlight war der Billardtisch. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Familienurlaub mit 6 erwachsene. 2 Jugendlichen und einem Kind. Besonders zu erwähnen für uns, dass wir am Abreisetag bis 16 Uhr im haus bleiben konnten

What a wonderful house!!
We stayed during the christmas 2018 in this house, 3 families. The house is very nice and we specially enjoyed the pool area (Kids loved it!!). Everything was clean and kitchen fully equipped. The pool table was a big hit. Upstairs there was 3 bedrooms, one downstairs. The soundproofing was great, even when some of us woke up early in the morning, others could still sleep. Area is nice, a little bit further a way from the town. Tuk-tuk was needed when going to the beach or shopping mall. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and we were given a number in case we needed anything. Also,received a number to the taxi company so we could call a taxi anytime needed. Hopefully we can return here some day! What a paradise. The Viewing point to Hua Hin was close, it was nice to go up there to see the beautiful view but also the monkies. Only a shop was missing close, but the nearby bar sold out beverages for us.

Nice villa, but could be better
The villa itself is really lovely, with 3 lovely big bedrooms and one smaller one. The pool table was a big hit with everyone! A few minor improvements would have made a huge difference to our stay. There was nowhere to store clothes in the bedrooms, which meant living out of suitcases. Bedside cabinets were absent too. The ground floor bedroom had far too many personal photographs on display, including a huge wall mounted wedding photo. This freaked the kids out a bit, so we had to take them all down for the duration of our stay! There were 8 of us and unfortunately there wasn't enough space for us all to sit together in the living room. Overall though we did have a lovely holiday there.

Excellent property. Will stay again.
House is as advertised. Located far enough away from town to be quite but easy access. Suggestvrenting scooters as we did so no need to drive car everywhere as parking in town can be difficult. Pool was used daily. Plenty of plates bowls glasses and cookware. Wifi was adequate for our needs. Host was very hands off which we liked. He was a phone call away if needed and had staff on hand to be at property quickly. We did not need that service but it was nice to know. 4 out of 5 stars
