Hotell nära Hualing Tbilisi Sea Plaza

“Great customer service, overly friendly and willing to go the extra mile.”

“Lovely environment, excellent staff(Lizzy,Goerge and Mourad were all hospitable and lovely). Easy to commute to and fro the hotel.”

“Upon arriving, they could not find our reservation. Turns out they did not know where to look so that was odd and took some time. The Jacuzi is to be avoided if not fixed.”

“Front desk staffs are very unfriendly and not too helpful with any request, they shouldn’t be in customer service business or they should be trained better for the job.”

“The people that work here are absolutely the most caring , respectful, and professional I have met in my travels. They went out of their way to provide us with accommodations, transportation, and helped us making reservations for activities in which we were interested. Absolutely the best service for which you could ask!”

“Great food variety for breakfast”

“Was very disappointed to have booked a family room that had two king beds, only to be given two adjoining rooms with queen beds. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast although start time was 9 am that was pretty late.”

“We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also great. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.”

“We have been taken care of by the property owner right from the start. The apartment is modern and comfortable and super clean. It was an absolute pleasure to stay and rest there. ”

“I didn’t even find the house empty and i couldn’t check in! The villa was full”
