Overall good, but some difficulties with the parking information.
Needed a Changing for the car and was recommended a garage nearby. When car was loaded we asked reception if we needed to swop to another garage, answer was when we asked it wasnt neccesary as it was same price on both a 5⏠per day.
When checking out the car this was not true at all. ... this as we had asked reception more than 3 times about this...

âGreat appartment for our family of four. The hosts are very service minded and helpful.
The room was incredibly good, clean top class. There was some refreshments every afternoon free of charge as well as shuttle service to/from the ski slopes which saved time and efforts in the mornings to find parking spaces etc.
I can highly recommend this hotel and appartments. There is also a ski room for skiis and warming the ski boots for the morning, ready to be used.

âStaying at Himmlhof is like coming home. The Penz family who runs the hotel are extremely service minded and thoughtful into every little detail. Breakfasts and afternoon tea are healthy, generous and keep a very high quality. The hotel is meticulously maintained and exudes a typical alpine cosy charm with warm wooden details, high quality fabrics and interior accessories. Itâs a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back!â
âWe had a wonderful stay at the Arlen Lodge! My husband and I stayed in the Arlen Suite which was very roomy with a nice living room area. We loved the breakfast, steam/sauna, and afternoon tea. Annalisa the owner was also incredibly helpful and such a sweetheart. Canât wait to go back! â
