“Reservation was mixed up and my first attempt to address it wasn’t successful. I didn’t want to move rooms my second day so decided to just stay. Could have been better. Suitable but will go elsewhere next time.”

“The hotel was clean but the staff were not welcoming at all. Some of them will ignore you when you’re in need. Also, there was heavy smile of weed in laby”

“The was mold in the rooms . The room wasn’t really cleaned . The towels and rags weren’t white . The evening staff on Friday night is very rude the young lady . I Told her I had an emergency and had to leave I would like to have the receipt she said to me I can’t give it to you because I still have to change you for the night. I then explained to her that was fine she proceeded to say that I scheduled my reservations through a third-party, then printed the receipt.”

“Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells.”

“Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?”

“Check in was terrible. Had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Room was quiet and we'll maintained. Carpet had a few stains.”
