“We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch. “Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!”

“Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!”

“I came to hike Kinder scout. Immediately I was taken care of and brought to my room. Room was lovely, great bed, bath tub, all the service one would need. There was a quizz evening but it never got noisy and I had a good night's sleep. In the morning I was served a tasty breakfast by the loveliest people I met during my trip.
