The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. “This bnb is wonderful. The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast was soooo good and if you’re lucky enough to score on the scones get ready for the best you’ve ever eaten imo. Bedroom was clean, comfortable and private. It felt like home. The pool was perfect and just relaxing in an environment that’s so peaceful was exactly what we needed in such a noisy world. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable stay.”

“Wonderful old charming house renovated fully with great taste and top quality materials. The hosts are also a great couple who are pleasant, helpful and friendly. The town is very little like most towns in this area and had very little to offer for dining etc. but the proximity to Belleayre ski center (6 minutes) overcame that. We will come back for sure”

“Look no further! 1, 2 or 3 units max in this wonderful single-story accessible BnB in the Catskills. Best common kitchen ever, with Nespresso Vertio machines, fresh bagels, etc., a range of breakfast foods (incl. h/b eggs, Yoghurts, overnight oats), all manner of beverages, etc. Pluas jams, butter, cream cheese, etc. Excellent!”

The house is beautifully furnished. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the town center and has a lovely garden!”
