“Amazing overnight for (part of) my sisters bachelorette. The staff was so thoughtful and communicative about when the room was ready, spa appointments, and dining. We reserved a cabana for the day (the deposit can be used for food/drink on the aqua terrace), which is a must for a group. Everyone raved about their massages! The steam room and sauna were great, and the relaxation room was incredible.”
“The property was large, had a beautiful view, and had large rooms. The issue was the cleanliness. The rugs in the hallway, dining room, and the room were all stained. The lounge chair in the room was also stained, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The sink was clogged. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. They offered complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, but that was it—no more water to be seen. It also felt like a ghost...
