“We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. ”

“Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

“The problem with this property as of early March is that there is so much construction going on, it is not welcoming. Instead of closing off one section of the hotel, the crews working are all over the place. Every other room had open doors with building supplies, the hallways had paint cans just lying around. The hot tub had been waiting for a part because it was too hot to enter, and then the next day, the pool was closed too. The breakfast was fine, and the room was clean, but there was...
