“Exceeded expectations! (My expectations were bleak). < The mattress was soft, but OK. < The bathroom was minuscule, but functional. < Dressing area, washroom, and bathroom lights are excessively high-beam headlight bright, which was really annoying because there wasn’t a “nite light” option. << Bottom line: I will stay there again when in the area”

“No hygiene products included, no fridge nor microwave. Just a simple bed and bathroom. Basic economy level stay. Plenty of parking available. Some stuff are rude in the night shifts”

“Everything worked properly, good Hotel to just sleep and grab a coffee and continental breakfast before hitting the road. ”

“The front office lady was definitely not suited to front office work, had no customer service mindset. We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. She finally gives the room key and we set out - literally it was at the very far end (it is a large U shaped structure). If she would have told us that she could not accommodate our request, it would have been...

“It’s a good hotel, my room did smell funny, even the hallways toward my room had a smell, the bathroom was pretty clean for the most part and the room was kept pretty good also, for some reason the sheet I had on the bed smelled like piss”

“Two complaints. I was given a room in the back building where there were people outside drinking playing cards and smoking weed with loud music. I asked for a room near there front where it was quieter. My toilet stopped up and I reported it at 9am. The front in staff said housekeeping would be in at 11am to take care of the situation. I returned at 9pm to discover the issue was not resolved. The same front in staff said he could give me a plunger. I informed him I wanted to check out....

“Property was conveniently located near the airport. People were friendly. They did have good coffee. However they were lacking in the breakfast department during the weekdays only offering a “grab and go” breakfast. The weekend did offer waffles and cereal. So it was a little better.”

“It was close to airport. Rooms looked rather worn. There was no breakfast as advertised. They also took a 100 dollar room deposit which I'd better get back. Is this fee legal?”

“The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. ”

“Room had roaches, there were issues with staff, the card machine was down when I checked in after like 20 mins the staff decided to waive the deposit the next morning the front desk guy demanded I go pay for the deposit even tho we were about to check out I explained to him what happened at first he didn’t care and was quite rude . But ended up not charging the deposit, however he told me it don’t matter if I had already paid the room when I booked if deposit is paid I don’t get keys. IT IS NOT...
