“Great location”

“Booked one night thru Expedia. Upon check out the owner said I had booked for two nights and charged me for the second night. He said it was my problem to solve with Expedia. I checked with Expedia and verified the one night booking. Exp. Is working on it but, buyer beware at this joint! This person is a scammer. The owner didn’t want to give me a printed receipt but finally I got a receipt. 7 Gables is a scam in my opinion. Recommend folks try some other motel.”

“Everyone was friendly & so helpful. They made sure our stay was enjoyable. A couple small things, like a slow shower drain & a light that didn't work, but otherwise the room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable & room was quiet. Highly recommend Dutton Inn.”

“Our stay was somewhat disappointing. We asked for a quiet room but the female receptionist did not seem to care what she gave us. First, we got a room at second floor where we could hear the lift, then we got a room where there was some engine sound, probably from ground floor. Did not sleep much that night. Breakfast was nice, but this hotel is too highly priced compared to what you get.”

“Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. A lot of activities and games on site. The pool and hot tubs are clean and comfortable temperatures. The staff is kind and helpful. Massimo was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had.”

“We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional.”
