“Extremely clean room and newly renovated! The fitness center was great with free weights and several cardio options. The breakfast buffet was delicious.”

“Wonderful personell”

“Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head...

“Very old school vibe. Everything was clean. Convenient location. Even has retro vending machines.”

“Rummet och sängarna var bra. Det var trevligt med pool i värmen. Bra frukost med riktigt porslin och riktiga bestick, inga engångs.”

“Great”

“Restaurant is pretty good and overall service is ok.”

“We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles”

“Ett trevligt hotell som vi var mkt nöjda med. Maria vid frukosten får en extra eloge, så rar och hjälpsam!”

“Easy to book, very friendly personal. Everything was clean and neat. 6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan. I will recommend it! ”

“There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people.”

“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”
