Turistresa i Huizhou
Ett fint hotell med stor utomhuspool. Bra frukostutbud. Valde rum med tillgång till club lounge, fritt vin/öl under kvällen. Enda negativa var att det luktade rök från air condition inne på rummet.

The room is clean, tidy & big enough. As i had tried the hotel dinner buffet, environment is nice but the variety of food is limited specially the meat choice. Overall it is a good experience.

酒店位置不错,前台服務很好,房間够大,冲凉房干净,冲凉房有一样不好就是内外都看得见,就算两个女性一齐住也不是很方便,床垫太软,不好睡,还有早餐非常差,無論是服務或吃的都很差,不值五星,希望有所改善。

Super friendly and helpful staff .... If you approached a staff member who couldn’t speak English they would find a staff member that did. Excellent buffet breakfast with almost every imaginable breakfast option. Comfortable beds, shower like a tropical downpour. On the downside: this building was built about 20 years ago, I guess, and some areas are showing a little wear and tear. But this didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Comfortable, warm room, strange staff
The room was spacious, clean, well-furnished. Bed was extremely comfortable and wide.Bathroom was large with both shower and a very big bath tub,hot water running immediately which is what you want from a 5*hotel and on a cold day!Had foreign tv channels-not always a given even in top hotels in China! Reception was happy to replenish our water and fruit bowl, however we got a shock when a staff member INVITED herself into the room insisting that she had to put the items on the table herself as opposed to just passing them to my husband-very awkward situation that I have never experienced before, certainly not in a 5* hotel. The only issue with the room was very thin door-I could hear every noise coming from the hallway, conversations, music, all very clearly..Location is good as it's right next door to a shopping mall, cafes and restaurants, and a walking distance away from a large shopping area with even more restaurants and fancy shops. Bus stop right outside, if you want to go to West Lake. I was slightly put off by the receptionist as... well.. she wasn't very welcoming, just a blank face. I started the conversation, in English (as I would expect staff in an international 5* chain to know a good level of English), but she seemed uncomfortable and after a second turned to my husband to speak in Mandarin, completely ignoring me for the rest of the check-in even though the room was in my name...Hmm not the best customer service...
