- Staff not helpful when we are facing difficulty accessing the hotel from airport (told us to wait so long)
- No good attitude (it became our fault not to be able to wait fir their car for more than 20 mins) ;(asked us with no internet access to retrieve the request from expedia since he could not found us); (didn’t amended our contact on time)
- Not honest (Booked a room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed and they later charged us extra bed fee for the single bed which is already included in the payment)
- Bad room (Stained sheets, yellowish water and no hot water for shower. Flies flying everywhere)
- Expedia couldn’t help with us for this stay (They say they can’t get in touch with the hotel, I called the customer service line for several times)
- Racist (Treating people with darker skin better, we are Asian which being requested to wait in the lobby before he finished the check-in process which took 1 hour; and another group of Latino customer get inside their room before check-in)
- Unreal pictures on expedia (The hotel doesn’t even relate to the pictures shown in expedia’s description, it’s far more worse)
- MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WITHIN MANY OF MY ASIAN REGION VISITS!!
