Näset 4 Green Cabin in Småland with boat

A perfect vacation getaway in a privately-situated cabin in the Småland woods with private access to the beautiful and quiet lake Nerbjärken near Vimmerby, Lönneberga, and Hultsfred.

Näset 4: The Green Cabin is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård. It is by the lake Nerbjärken.

Arriving at the property, you will be greeted by a welcome sign. The parking space is wide enough for even up to three cars. Trash bins are found by the road.

The one story 66-squre meter green cabin was built in 1988. It has two small bedrooms for maximum 6 persons with an open plan for the dining, the soffa area with a cozy fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen.

The first bedroom is what I usually call "The Parent's bedroom". It has a small double bed and a closets on each side of the door.

The second bedroom, which is the "kids' bedroom", has two bunkbeds and also a closet on each side of the door. It sleeps 4.

For guests who want to borrow a baby bed/travel cot, we have one available. Just bring your baby's bed linens. Since the "parent's bedroom" is small, the travel cot would have to be placed outside the bedroom.

In the cabin, you will find ammenities such as:
-SMART TV with channels 1, 2, 4, 6
-Wii with some games

-Washing Machine
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerator and freezer
-Stove and Oven
-Coffee Maker
-Electric kettle
-Microwave oven
-Toaster

-Toilet paper and kitchen towels
-an array of spices for cooking
-complimentary coffee, tea, sugar

-Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items
-Electric iron and ironing board
-Hair Dryer (available upon request)
-Firewood for the fireplace and fire pit outside the cabin
-Life vests
-baby cot(available upon request)
-outdoor grill and ash bin
-Verisure Alarm

At the verandra, there is an outdoor dining table. You can enjoy outdoor grilling. There is also a small camping pit.

Following the small trail down the lake, you will find another camping pit should you want to grill closer to the lake. Guests get to use a row boat to enjoy the nature of Nerbjärken lake.

Things NOT INCLUDED in the rent and which are OPTIONAL costs:
- rent of bed linens and towels
- fishing license in the lake Nerbjärken
- cleaning services upon checkout
- crayfish-fishing license (available only during fall) in the lake Nerbjärken and rent of cages with chopped fish as baits

Guests can bring their bicycles, kayaks, boats, motor for the boat, and other equipments. You may bring your own fishing equipment should you opt to fish.

Enjoy to its fullest the Swedish right to public access called Allemansrätten or "Freedom to roam". Anyone can go to the forest and pick blueberries, lingon berries, raspberries, wild strawberries, and mushrooms among others during summer and fall. Enjoy waldeinsamkeit in the vast thick forest.

Your neighbors are about 100 meters away on each side shielded by birch, spruce, and pine trees. Your right-side neighbor when facing the lake is also a vacation rental place.

Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED. Smoking indoors is strictly NOT ALLOWED. For smoking guests, we have an ash tray available. Please notify me so I can have it available. No unnecessary littering in the area.

Our expectation:
We expect our guests to be communicative. Especially when it comes to breakages or damages. Do not wait until your checkout time. Most of the time, we do not ask you for payment if it is small and when guests are nice and kind. =)

Guest interaction
Either one of us, your host or co-host, will be there to receive you when you arrive and before you leave. If we can't meet you during your arrival or departure, we will provide instructions as to where to find the key and where to leave it. During your stay, you can contact us anytime and we can come to you if needed. We are on the other part of the lake, 5 minutes by car.
