Beläget i Villa Palmira, Humacao, är detta strandparadis helt ombyggt, fullt möblerat med alla bekvämligheter, fullt luftkonditionerat, trådlöst internet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och privat pool (Poolservice varje vecka) Bara 45 minuters bilresa har du den historiska muromgärdade fästningen staden Gamla San Juan. Det tropiska berget El Yunque Rainforest och den vackra Surfing Luquillo Beach (La Pared) ligger 40 minuters bilresa. El Faro fyrmuseum och Las Cabezas naturreservat (bioluminescent mangrove lagun). Hamnstaden Fajardo och båtar hyr för segling / båtliv, snorkling / dykning, fiske och färjor till Culebra och Vieques Islands, på 5 miles. Se till att åka ut från Fajardo på den lyxiga 50-båten, dryck och gourmet lunch ingår till de små yttre öarna för bra snorkling. Denna del av ön besökades av många turister eftersom den har de bästa korallrev och vattenklarhet.

Classic PR home. The home is perfect for a family get away - plenty of bedrooms and baths. The front porch is a classic island setting. Pool was warm and clean. The entire property is clean, clean, clean. Well air conditioned. Kitchen has what you need. No dishwasher, so we took turns washing plates. The true gem of this house is the beach and neighborhood - hidden gem!

Host was responsive. House had a ton of odds and ends that could be needed on vacation (pool floaties, calamine lotion, cooking spray, ziploc bags, etc.) Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Several adorable, calm roaming dogs that my kids loved. Overall great stay for 2yo to 68yo. Overall great stay!

I would give it more stars if I could! Norma is the sweetest host ever! She was extremely helpful and always responded to any questions we had super quick. The house itself was perfect for us! Plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. The pool is perfect for days you just want to stay in and hang out. We all loved it but mostly my son who was in there every chance he got. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly. The beach area was a literal dream!!! So perfectly landscaped and clean. It was surreal! There’s a Walmart 10 mins away in a huge shopping plaza and they even have an old navy there too. Don’t worry if you forgot anything behind because you can get it there. There’s a neighborhood little doggie that belongs to a neighbor and he was one of the best parts of our stay! Be good to him and tell him the Ortiz family misses him already! Thank you Norma!

La casa esta perfecta para familias o grupos grande. Está preparada para cualquier necesidad que uno tenga. Tiendas, fast foods, gasolina quedan cerca. Great for a family vacation! We had a great time at the house and enjoyed the pool very much. The beach was also very nice for walks and to catch the sunrise. We didn’t get a chance to swim as the waves were a little too rough for us. Overall, easy check-in, great communication with the property manager (very good!), Walmart and restaurants very close to the home, easy to access any shops and pharmacy as well. Great amenities, everything you need for the house was already there, and nice surprise in the fridge for us when we arrived, thank you!!! We highly recommend! You will not be disappointed :) we can’t wait to be back soon.

The house was so close to the beach. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to the beach because of the excessive sargassum. We ended up having to drive about 20mins away to find a clean beach. Obviously not the hosts fault.Norma was super responsive. The house was exactly what we needed and even had essentials (assuming left behind by other guests) such as cooking spices, rice, pasta, q-tips, lotions, pool tubes, etc. We added to a few water shoes and spices as well There are a few neighborhood dogs in the community, be on the lookout though, they like to “lead” the cars and randomly pop up in front of moving cars. We almost hit them There are restaurants right outside the neighborhood gate but only one was open during our time there. The preserve is walking distance and so pretty.Overall, it was a great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas.Thank you Norma!!

Great home base for our family to return to!

My sister and I brought our families to this home - our group ranged from 19 -59 years of age or older. All nine of us had comfortable sleeping accommodations and space enough to spread out. The gated community made everyone feel very comfortable. We loved the small neighborhood dogs who were so friendly and were always there as we pulled in to the development. Norma was fantastic! We experienced a short problem with the water and she was on the ball and immediately contacted the water company for us. It ended up being an area water issue. A Walmart is very close by as is some very good restaurants that are in walking distance.We very much appreciated the very cold AC especially in the middle of July! The biggest thing everyone raved about was the pool it was beautiful pool with the fountain lights at night…it was perfect and we spent many hours just happy at this home because of the huge pool.It was great to come home to Norma’s every evening after our adventures. Kitchen was well equipped - we made breakfast, lunch and spaghetti and taco dinners and on the night that we stayed home. Norma left coffee for us and we loved it!! Puerto Rican coffee is phenomenal smooth and delicious even the non-coffee drinkers were drinking the coffee!!We really appreciate the cleanliness of the house and all of the extras including the TP the bath and beach towels, linens, paper towels and garbage bags, Ziplocs, etc! Thank you Norma!!

Returning Mission Team

Our group of 62 people stayed in Punta Santiago for a Mission Trip. We rented a few houses in this neighborhood. Our host was super helpful and kind. The home had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the house was clean upon arrival.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and had everything you could need, even lots of extras like fishing poles, pool toys, strollers ect. Our family of 6 was very comfortable, and everyone loved their stay. The pool is beautiful and we spent plenty of time there. Most of all Norma was an amazing host. We needed to reschedule our stay more than once and she was always accommodating. Everytime we reached out she responded in minutes. There wasn't anything that would make not want to return.

Awesome house and best location

This was my first time using Vrbo since I usually book through a different site, and I have to say—I was seriously impressed! When we arrived, the owner had left us a Mother’s Day cake and balloons, which was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. It really made us feel welcome. The house was super clean, very spacious, and in a great, safe neighborhood. The beach nearby was amazing literally steps away —swimmable, quiet, and felt almost private. After a full day of activities, the pool was perfect for lounging and relaxing.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were tons of clean towels in the closet. Even though I didn’t bring a baby, I noticed the house had all the baby essentials too, which is a big plus for families.Honestly, the house came with way more than what was advertised—so many little extras that made the stay even better. The owner was always easy to reach and super responsive whenever we had a question.Overall, just a fantastic experience. Cozy, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! FYI we travel everywhere and this felt very safe.... we have learned what is not safe.... ENJOY!!! Norma Gracias!!!!!

Excellent rental!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. We go to Puerto Rico every year in honor of my father. We usually go to the west coast but decided to switch it up this year. Our time at Norma’s beautiful home did not disappoint! The pool was such a gift and the ocean fantastic. Yes, there was some seaweed, but not enough to deter us. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice neighbors. Just an overall wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Norma!

Very nice

My concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The pool was flawless. Tge amenities were acceptable. Thus us a vacation place and not suitable for working from home. Make sure you bring your own reliable internet access hotspot if you intend to eork from home st any time.

Sunrise Paradise

As I entered the subdivision, I was a bit disappointed by the condition of many of the homes within. It appears the neighborhood was badly affected by the latest hurricanes. However, most homes on the street where the rental property is located have been remodeled. The rental property is well maintained and the grounds were clean and organized. The pool was clean, the pool deck is nicely landscaped, everything in the home worked as designed. Plenty of beach towels, and folding chairs to take to the nearby beach (5 minute walk); the home has everything you would think of you would need. There is a Walmart as well as other fast food places 10 minutes from the home. Plenty of hygiene supplies, kitchen supplies, condiments, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this home and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area of PR.

Better than advertised!

Great spacious place a few steps from the beach in a gated community. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool is large and very nice. Plenty of outside space. Beach is beautiful and secluded. Shopping including Wal-Mart is 10 min away. Only wish to improve - a brighter light in the living room. Our 3 teens stated they want to come back to THIS house next time.
