I loved the stay, the pool was right outside the patio area, the room was clean. I really appreciated the small touches like the wine bottle and the large legos for the kiddos. Something I really appreciated was sharp cooking knives! Because I like to cook when I travel and sometimes sharp knives are a detail that is missed; but not with this property. Also there is a soaking tub in the bathroom which was a wonderful surprise. 10/10 for sure!

Our stay at Serena (Palmas Dorada #107) was absolutely excellent. The location of the apartment is truly privileged. Being on the first floor provides direct access to the pool area, which during our stay felt like a private pool since we were the only ones using it. The environment is very private, peaceful, and cozy. Another great advantage is that the property borders the Wyndham hotel. On two occasions we were able to walk directly from the pool area to the hotel without ever having to use the main road, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four. The beds are very comfortable, the A/C units work perfectly, and the bathroom is spacious and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare all three meals of the day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, being on the first floor made simple things like taking out the trash extremely easy — it took less than a minute each time. Using a golf cart is definitely a must if you want to explore Palmas and enjoy its great restaurants. Being able to park the golf cart at Serena’s parking area at all times was very convenient and made getting around extremely easy. Serena will definitely be our place to stay the next time we visit Palmas. I highly recommend it to couples, with or without children, who are looking for a unique and relaxing experience in Palmas del Mar.

Estudio limpio e impecable. Localización excelente a la piscina y a pasos del área del mar. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasarla bien. Los edificios están bien cuidados. Aileen fue excepcional en su servicio. Dio gusto quedarse en este lugar. Definitivamente volvemos!

We loved the pool and how close it was to the apartment. We also enjoyed having close access to the beach, the Wyndham hotel for food and Enterprise to rent a car. The apartment was spotless and communication was easy with the host. We do have some comments on things they could improve on. The AC seemed to be stuck on 76 so at times it felt stuffy, especially at night. The TV only worked for us once, looks like there was an issue with the Internet. The password provided for the Wi-Fi didn't work. The garbage pail in the kitchen was too small and not many garbage bags provided. Also, it would have been nice if they could provide a couple of tissue boxes and kitchen towels. Lastly, although the apartment was kid friendly for the most part, there were a few delicate glass items that we had to move up higher so our toddler couldn't reach them. The host was great and responded about the TV and AC but we just couldn't get it to work. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment, the area felt safe and it was beautiful.

Very pleasant place to stay. Aileen was a kind and gracious hostess, very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The beach is three minutes away. The pool is very close to the apartment. Chez Daniel at the golf club is a fine dining restaurant.
