• A resort fee of USD 10 per accommodation, per night, will be charged at the property.

• Refundable deposit:

Refundable deposit (Credit card only) (for any incidentals during the stay) of $100 USD payable upon check in. In the absence of any incident or extra charge, the refund is made.

• This is a condominium resort
• Cleaning service is provided once a week in a 7-night minimum stay.
• Additional charge for optional daily cleaning service per day: US$35.00.
• Free Shuttle to the beach.
• The unit number can be different from the one printed on this confirmation, as the condominium may assign another unit from the same type and capacity.
• 3 handicap units upon request.
• Free transportation to the beach
• Check-In: 4:00pm. If you believe that you will be late, you must notify the property. Check-Out: 10am. Check-outs after this time may be available, subject to availability and additional charges.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $150 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• No extra beds available
• The maximum capacity of the room cannot be exceeded.

I had high expectations for staying at the apartment listed, especially since it is located in one of the most prestigious resorts in the region. However, when we arrived at the check-in desk, we were informed that the apartment we had rented was unavailable due to damage from recent power outages. Instead, they arranged for us to stay at a nearby location.Unfortunately, the nearby location turned out to be the second floor of a shopping area filled with restaurants and boutiques. While that might sound enticing, it was quite the opposite; we could hardly sleep at night due to the commotion, loud music, and noises from the food and beverage establishments downstairs.Cleanliness was also an issue. It seemed like they rushed to prepare the apartment for our arrival, as the floor was still wet from mopping. My wife had to sweep the floors and wash the towels before we could use them.On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, and the pools were enjoyable, even though we had to walk quite a distance to reach them. Based on my experience, I’m hesitant to recommend this property. However, I might consider giving them another chance in hopes of staying at the actual apartment.
