“Very relaxing place, great interior and exterior, obviously inspired by Monet’s Giverny. Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Fantastic room, apart from somewhat shaky wi-fi. The perfect spot to end our three week tour in New England!”
“The hotel itself is very Pritty. The bathroom shower could be a little bit more updated to match the overall look. The pool with the hot tub was relaxing! The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! The view of the water was partial which was good:) also, the hotel is in down town Plymouth so everything is walkable! Which is an added plus to all the resteraunts and shops! The hotel is dog friendly which adds to the friendliness of the entire experience! ”

“Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.”

"Late check-in after a 20-hour flight from Europe. We are met by a musty smell and generally poor air quality. We turn on the AC and go to bed. The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked tiles. The bathtub sealant has 25–30 cm long cracks. The bathroom air vent is full of dust, the mirror fogs up after the slightest shower — virtually no ventilation, really unhygienic and definitely NOT recently renovated!
I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a “recently renovated room” — yes, that’s exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1–2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when it’s time to switch, that I’ll have to “settle” for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard — we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
