âHotel was close to our event, Uber was readily available with very short wait times, the bed was very comfortable, the shower nice and hot with good pressure and they had Roku with Hulu which is our favorite! I especially loved the little snacks they set out, very thoughtful! Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Slept great. â

I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a ârecently renovated roomâ â yes, thatâs exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1â2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when itâs time to switch, that Iâll have to âsettleâ for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard â we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
