“After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. Didn´t like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have...
“We booked a room for five. We got a double bed and a bed sofa without any blankets and pillows. I asked the front desk how this could be a five bed room. She call and the staff brought us one more bed. I would expect a Hilton hotel to provide the bed without us asking as well as making the bed. We think that the double bed had old sheets (see the picture) and the ventilation was very dirty. I think this hotel could do much better. The breakfast is good but is as often in the US lacking...
“Two story property (we were on first floor) was VERY quiet.
My only complaint was the use of a plug in air freshener-I am very sensitive and couldn't stop sneezing even after unplugging. Please don't use those!!
Parking is tight, but this is the Dulles area so not surprising. Overall it is an excellent property.”

“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation.

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, väldigt skön säng, sänglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri städning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötänk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget på det. 10 minuters promenad till närmaste tunnelbanestation. "The hotel is close to a trainstation which was convienient arriving from Dulles airport. Within walking distance from The national mall with all the sights and also close to the Warf with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The room was very small but as you got used to it it works. The bed is supercomfortable but as you only get in from one side you have to think about who is more likely to need to get out of bed first ...Breakfast was really nice, really good coffeservice, the only thing I missed was fresh pancakes/waffles. Lobbyarea has a cool livingroom vibe and the bar serves up some good drinks and barfood. Eveything in the room is controlled by an ipad, it works and you get used to it qiuckly. A good hotel close to the main monuments and museums. Train station close by and easy to get to airport or unionsation. "
