And one of the charms of The Swan is that it is an old building with quirky staircases and little nooks and crannies. However, we were disturbed during the night by doors banging and people using stairs outside our room in order to access theirs. “We had a wonderful stay in the Shephards Hut at the White Horse. The experience genuinely surpassed my expectations. The Hut itself is very high quality, and the amenities were great. A very well furnished kitchenette enabled us to cook a hearty breakfast - with all of the ingredients for a fry up provided for us in the fridge! A very lovely experience, and our dinner in the pub on the day of our arrival was very good too!”
