When i checked in the woman working was very friendly and told me where everything was located on site. Our room was well cleaned and pretty exact to the website.

The check in process was great. Unfortunately the property was overrun with residents who were clearly addicts giving an unsettling vibe. Sink wouldn't drain. We were fine but there are other motels in the area not much more $. I'd stay there.

However, I am sorry to hear that the conditions of the seat in the shower and the other issue regarding the walk-in shower dampened your experience. We understand your concern about the absence of a roll-in shower. Please be aware that your booking was for a ADA Superior King room, and unfortunately, this room category doesn't include the mentioned feature. If you would like to enjoy this amenity next time, we recommend selecting a ADA Superior King with Roll-in shower room for a more satisfying experience. Minimalism at its best.
Only 2 pillows per bed. NO microwave, refrig, coffee pot, hair dryer or toiletries other than a bar of soap. Charged 2 bucks for a safe we didn't need or use. Noisy with another Motel right next to them! Glad this was only one night!

The rooms was kinda updated but the bathrooms was still old no counters at all in the bathroom. The open shower didnt drain in the shower. The water filled the entire bathroom floor. I had to dry it all up just to get to the toliet.

Checkin was great! The Front Desk worker is amazing, she was very polite! Our room was perfect for our weekend trip, it needs a little cosmetic work but nothing that interfered with our stay. Bed needs a few more pillows but other than that it’s great! 1 more night to go!!
