*DEER CROSSING*

This HUGE & beautiful 3100 Sq feet home sits right near Huntsville's nature preserve. Sit in the screened porch in the back to watch deer come and go throughout the day. With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an awesome Rec Room with a ping pong table, there is enough living space for big groups - families and friends alike! Living here and watching the deer is a super unique experience, one you can enjoy in the comforts of your home!

This home features 2 living rooms, each equipped with 55" smart TV's for streaming Netflix, Youtube and more! Rec room has a full competition sized ping pong table as well as various games for all to enjoy. All cookware and utensils included in the kitchen for you to make your own meals. For your peace of mind, all sheets, pillowcases, and towels are washed prior to your stay. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place to protect against COVID-19. You can rest easy knowing you're in good hands. Please unwind and relax in this beautiful home for vacation or for work.

Guests will have the access to the entire home.

I'm not available in person, but am just a text/call away if you need anything!

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In order to maintain the peace, we ask that you keep noise levels down outside and refrain from playing loud music out of respect to our neighbors.

Parking can be found on the driveway leading to the garage. Street parking is not available. The driveway is large enough for 6 cars.

Please do not disturb the wildlife that may come visit (deer and squirrels). You may leave some deer corn out to attract the deer (can be purchased at local Walmart), but do not try to catch or disturb these animals as they are protected by state law.
Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events.
Smoking is only permitted outside of the home.
Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home.
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.

Our 10 day stay.

It was very nice. We enjoyed seeing deer daily. Also the location was great for shopping and dining.

Great for family visit

Nice gathering space with lots of seating for family attending wedding. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. Trash cans outside were overflowing making it difficult to put ours out. A few more towels

Easy entry and check out. Quick responses from contact. Wasn't cleaned very well. Too few towels for 10 people. No kitchen towels. Small microwave is very slow. TV in back bedroom was cracked and didn't work. One chair was broken. Not enough seating in living room for 10 people. Pretty comfortable beds. Main kitchen has several cabinets that didn't close properly. Main master bathroom in front part of home really needs a bath mat. Master bath still had shaving clippings all over the sink. Hall bathroom needs some updating.

Error with booking.

Someone was still in the house. Problem was resolved within the hour. This property needs major outside maintenance. Not sure how the inside was had to be relocated to an area 30 minutes away from the Wedding venue. Their mistake was our favor.

Disappointing

We were very frustrated with our entire experience. The house was filthy. Dead bugs, food and dirt on the carpets, 4 out of the 5 rooms had filthy sheets, peeling, moldy wallpaper in one bathroom, hair, lint, dust and grime in both showers, a rusty bolt in lieu of a door pull on one shower and a broken hall door with a screw sticking out of it. We contacted the homeowner who said he would send the cleaners. They claim they came but NOTHING was done. To his credit, we did receive a credit for cleaning. However, we were never offered an apology and still spent over $1000 to spend 3 nights in filth. We will never stay here again and are seriously reevaluating the entire VRBO experience. As my husband said, at least at a hotel they could switch you to a clean room ...

Large comfortable home in a nice neighborhood

Five bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an extra hang-out room, and lots of table and desk space make this house very comfortable for a small or large family to enjoy a stay in the area. It's just a short drive to shopping and other amenities.

With 2 living areas and 5 bedrooms we had plenty of room for our family at Christmas. The owners provided a great stock of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The location was close to shopping
