Arrowhead Inn use to be a good place to stay while skiing. Unfortunately it’s looking a little well loved. The sheets don’t fit the beds, the coverlets aren’t as fresh as they use to be and the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it needs a clean and a coat of paint. The rooms were warm and the people are friendly. It just needs some sprucing up.

It is in a nice, spot right near Arrowhead park. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room smelled strange and the room was very cold. We were also disappointed that the check-in host was not very knowledgeable about the area or restaurants in town.

Having the kitchenette was good but outdated and needs to be replaced. Check in is inconvenient. You have to go across the street to another inn and then back when returning the key. The beds are solid rocks but at least it was quiet

The position of the Inn is good, close to Hwy 11 and to Arrowhead Provincial Park. However, it is poorly maintained, it looks run down, beginning with the sign in front of the inn and the surrounding. The toilet system is rusty with lots of noie, the towels were old and stained, no garbage can in the washroom, the Tv was not working. Definitely a place we won't be staying if we go back to the area.

Very disappointed. We checked in , we’re assigned a room and got keys to the room. We unlocked the door to find the room was already occupied with someone’s belongings. Their Office is not in same facility. We called Staff over phone and they apologized that they had to give our allotted room to someone else. They allotted us another room, very substandard room. Full of dingy smell, queen mattress was somehow mounted on a twin bed, mould in the washrooms, improper working thermostat, internal door lock hinge broken, signs of water leakage. We were charged $170.0 ( non peak summer vacation ) . We couldn’t have proper sleep and it took joy out of our trip. We rushed out as early as we could early in the morning. Wouldn’t revisit or recommend it ever..

We are overall disappointed with this inn. They have issues with water pressure and consistency. We had trouble with flushing the toilet, and there was water on the floor by the toilet. The barbecue didn’t function properly. Also, they gave us the bare minimum in supplies (toilet paper, towels, coffee). Some good things about this inn are that the mattress was good, the curtains blocked out the light at night, and the TV, microwave and coffee-maker worked.

When we arrived the office at Arrowhead Inn it was closed and had a sign on the door to cross the highway to the Tulip Hotel. That office had an "open" sign on the door but it was locked and no one was in attendance. After pressing the phone button to the side of the door, and quite a few rings the attendants showed up. We got our key and went back to the Arrowhead Inn. While it looked very neat and tidy at first glance, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the rug was stained and the TV was not working. When we left the next morning, the office was closed and we just left our key in the box outside the door. Could not get our receipt. Two stars at best.

Do not stay here!!!!
This place is just awful and should not be a part of Hotels.com The place is not clean and has mold in the shower stall and corners of the washroom. With this, blankets have holes in them and the beds are not very comfortable. Overall this place is a dump!!!! If you would like pictures I can send them upon request.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.I had booked this property thru Expedia , I think someone at Expedia may want to review the properties they advertise , based on the photos , I booked a room, its a run down motel .not an inn, first impressions was of over grown weeds in the garden, I went to the office and its locked, you have to go across the road to another motel to check in, I took this opportunity to check the motel , 2 rooms had doors open and they smelt bad, also a great opportunity for rodents to enter your rooms. The pictures on the website must of have been taken 15-20 years ago, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE, Expedia should not be associated with a place like this. I did not stay here

This property is very dated and has a bad smell. Everything is done to the cheapest possible extent. No thought is put into making it an enjoyable experience. Weird stain in bathtub, wobbly fixtures, blanket with burn holes, silverfish bugs, could barely see through the window it was so dirty.

Our stay was ok but we didn’t like that the office was closed and you had to cross the street to get service. Clean towels were promised but never provided until I brought the soiled ones to them. Our tv didn’t work. The manager did come and fix it but he never told us how to shut it off. We had to have him in again. We were asked to use a lamp with the knob missing and plug and unplug it as needed. I don’t think that is up to code. The grout in the shower needs disparate cleaning. Property needs updating to be able to charge these prices.

Hi Carolyn, i am sorry for all the inconvenience but as i asked you everyday whether you need anything or not in the morning you always said no u dont need, and i am sorry for the lamp which i did change immediately when you told me , and i did show you which button to press to shut off the tv, We are trying our best to provide you with the best stay but if you just cling to the complains and never appreciate what's done then i cant help you yet again i am sorry. The photos this place has on the expedia are NOTHING like the actual rooms. Very disappointing. Seemed clean though, so that was the only good thing…however the sheets are dingy looking and need an upgrade for the amount of money charged to stay here.

The best thing about this motel is the shocking resemblance to the Rosebud Motel from Schitt$ Creek!! Seriously! Not clean, not nice, but you can reserve just one night on a long weekend, so there's that.

Take your money and run, don’t get fooled by the pictures since they stem from the 70’s when that place has been cleaned and updated last! The room was filthy and the stench almost unbearable, it smelled like some back alley in ChinaTown. No playground, the sidewalk in front of the room had giant holes in it, the bathroom and plumbing beyond disgusting! Maybe God shows mercy and sends a tornado…

We are sorry for the inconvenience, if you had report us this earlier i could have possibly given you some discount but sir we are a small property trying our best to give you the most we can and we will continue to give our best but i think our room have the basic amenities such as a fridge. a microwave, a coffee maker and good WIFI and tv with comfortable beds and that a good amount of things for 85$ isn't it fair? and for the smell i dont think there was any...!

Arrowhead fixed the problem right away
After I checked in, the first room I was given was not very nice. Smelled like smoke, tons of mosquitos, etc. I was not pleased, but when I went to the front desk to complain, they immediately gave me a new room, no hassle at all. The new room was clean, no smoke smell, no mosquitos etc. I appreciate the hotel's quick response and no hassle. Things happen, and it made a big difference to have Arrowhead fix it so quickly.

( ) The price was reasonable, easy parking, access to many activities in the area, comfortable bed. (-) In 5 days garbage was never picked up and I had to ask for towels twice. The water in the bathroom sink had very little pressure.

Rooms are inexpensive and pretty average but no complaints, and are surprisingly good at blocking out highway noise. Arrowhead Provincial Park entrance is right next door and shopping, food etc is available in a mall a 5-minute drive away. Town of Huntsville not much farther.

My main two complaints would be: 1-the lack of security in the sliding windows; 2-the grout between the tiles in the shower had mildew (easily remedied with bleach spray or tea tree oil). The staff were always pleasant and ready to be helpful, smiling and asking if anything was needed. The grounds are mowed, flowers and chairs around and am overall relaxing atmosphere. The beds were medium (not squishy soft and not hard), pillows abundant and varied seating. I wish there had been a hot plate but other than that, lovely and roomy quarters. Recommend

We are sorry for the inconvenience, But if you felt like that then you should tell us, all i remember was you came to increase your stay for one more night. I can assure you that the room was nice clean and neat, in addition with that i did make sure you got extra towels and napkins. Yet i m sorry for any inconvenience.

Das beim Check-Inn zugewiesene Zimmer wurde noch nicht gerichtet. Nach der Rücksprache im Office bekamen wir den Schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses wurde offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr benutzt, da überall Staub war. Die Bettlaken waren stark verfleckt und die Handtücher dreckig. Die Waschbecken im Bad waren verdreckt und die Küchenzeile war unzumutbar.

Dirty and smelly room. I mean really dirty, nobody vacuumed the before I got there. I arrived at 3:30pm and someone told me to come back later to check-in. The towels were dirty. Washroom light bulb was burnt. No room service. Terrible experience. Please, tale this place out of Expedia. It's not a place to be an option for the website.
