“Seems like a nice new hotel but we had several issues--minor things like loose tiles in the entry hitting the bottom of the door to a major issue of never actually getting a key that worked after 4 trips back to the front desk. We ended up giving up and since we were there basically just to sleep we just had someone stay in the room at all times to let others in. I was hoping to get the room comp'd but there was no one at the front desk the next morning and I gave up after waiting quite a...

“I was pleasantly surprised with this place, from the outside I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but once we entered the lobby and then our rooms I saw this place was well taken care of. Our rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.”

“We stayed here last year and thought it was great value for the price. So when we were returning it was natural to stay here again. This time it wasn't as good, very sloppy service at reception and the clientele made us feel quite unsafe. Nothing noteworthy happened. ”
