Loved the kitchen set up inside the room! Bed was very comfy and the perfect set up for us and our two young children. Staff was very pleasant and helpful as well!

Kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable
This was a great place to stay. They were so very nice about a reservation change. We had no issues having our pet dog and easy access to our room for taking him out and my mobility issues. The room was spacious, bright, clean and very enjoyable for several night stay. Breakfast had nice variety of both hot and cold items, and the ladies there were so friendly and welcoming.

Nice all purpose place to stay.
Checkin was a breeze. Getting in and out was super easy. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a huge bathroom. The full kitchen was nice as well. We were just in town for an art installation but this would make a great place to stay on business for an extended trip.

What a great stay. We were in town for Rock The South and you guys didn’t disappoint. We were greeted with gift bags for each of us(4) and Anya went above and beyond with giving us Point Mallard one day passes because the pool was out of commission. The complimentary breakfast was on point and the ladies working the breakfast bar were absolutely charming and so helpful with any needs. All of the staff were very nice! The housekeepers left little notes each day. It may seem silly to some, but I thought it was very kind and thoughtful. Room was very clean! Half the pool is in the shade most of the day, which is super nice for those who sunburn easily (like myself). Breakfast was pretty good- lots of options. We will be staying here again when we return next year!

The only issue with this property was that the hot water in the bathroom WAS NOT HOT. It was barely warm.. This ruined what would have been a perfect stay. We loved the whole facility and staff except for that.

Not my first stay, both times were great, best option near me for a staycation for family of 7, not many options like that in hotels, a very excellent breakfast served 6-9, quiet, clean, spacious, open floorplan. Like a home away from home!

Room was very nice and clean, had one questionable stain on the sofa but other than that I absolutely loved the hotel. I wish the pool had been open and that there were more options for breakfast but I would definitely stay again

The Residence Inn came through for us…
Short notice stay since our reservation at The Hampton Inn was not found when we arrived at the Hampton Inn. The Residence Inn was great. Everything was top notch.
