âVery poor communication. We booked for 2 adult and 3 children a family room but only provided a only king size bed. I had to spend another 900 SAR to book another room. Only Breakfast service was good.â

"We had a generally pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and communicated well, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The apartment was clean, luxurious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. One big plus was the underground parking, which was very convenient.
However, there were a couple of downsides:
The bathroom floor flooded after each shower, as there was no slope for water drainage.
The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy.
Overall, a good stay with some areas that could be improved for future guests.
