Smooth check-in. Kindly staff. The room was poorly cleaned. Unfortunately no drinking water was offered in the room. There was no pressure in the shower faucet when showering. Good enough to stay one night to move on.

We didnt got the trippleroom we booked, but a double room. There were a few stairs to take without a proper way to bring your suitecase easy. For people in wheelchairs it is impossible to go to your room The lobby erea and entrance is not inviting but a mess

Friendly and helpful staffs
We've been here twice and the staffs were vey friendly and helpful. We had many weird requests (eg. check out at 2:30am to catch a flight, extend the stay for a couple hours) and they sorted them out smoothly and with patience. PS. There is a store right next to the hotel where we bought some coke and snacks. Also there are a few restaurants within 10 min walking distance. It's quite a nice area.

Amazing vacation
Hotel and management were so good Hotel has a little guests , so i recommend to the persons who needs chillout and relaxation but if you love actions all the time it will not be a good option. Overall i haven't faced any problems Food is good , staff , Beach is a wonderful 👌

Run down area
Elaria Hotel is a cheap hotel, but I found it was quite nice, my room had air conditioning, a fridge, en-suite shower room, (hot water always available) a balcony, and TV, (only 2 English channels) also had 2 beds and also included buffet breakfast. It was cleaned at your discretion. There was a bar and restaurant, I didn’t use. There are shops and bars locally, but pricy though compared to the city. It’s about 3/4 hour walk to the city. Between the hotel and the city there are two routes, both strewn with litter. The city is very busy, and a beer (1/2 litre) can be bought for £1.50 or less if you ask. No prices on anything so you have to barter. I bought shorts and a tee shirt and was quoted 1400 le, eventually paying 200 le even then I think I lost out. (200 le approx £10) The weather in November was in the high 20s. I know this is a poor country, but was amazed at the run down buildings and litter. I loved it and ended up stopping the the maximum time of 30 days.

Room upgraded from a garden view to a sea view. Very spacious with comfy beds. I had nice and quiet sleeps. Very friendly and helpful staff. They're willing to help with whatever you need, either related with your stay in the hotel or with the city. Private beach across the road with towel service. Very relaxing. Convenience store next to the hotel. Standard breakfast but nice to start the day (great omelettes). Very good wifi. Rooms need a bit of TLC. In general, was a nice stay!

Good hotel and fantastic beach
Overall the hotel was good compared to the money paid the rooms were good the air-conditioning was so good also the mini bar also anything missing in the room we request it and they bring it to us the location of the hotel was so good and so near to downtown the manager was so kind also the staff were friendly the breakfast was good but limited choice also there were many parking areas in front of the hotel....there was no swimming pool but the beach was fantastic the hotel is pets allowed which was a big point for us but the only weak point that hotel is renting the beach and not owned it so the policies is different so when we take our small dog to the beach on the first day they refused to let us enter the beach and tell us that the beach is not pets allowed but when we back to the manager he solve the problem but anyone have a dog need to know that the beach is not pets allowed only the hotel....but in total we love the hotel and we will repeat it again.

Definite potential to be great
The property has potential to be so much better. The room was spacious and the property itself was very nice. The view from the balcony was also lovely. Unfortunately, the wifi was inconsistent, not once did housekeeping come by, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The overhead lights also did not work. Breakfast was unimpressive but staff are friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I care was the bed and it was clean and I got a god sleep. Old hotel. Breakfast mainly cheese bread and Coffey So any one needs a bed to sleep that’s fine. Donot expect anything more

God til pris.
Ved ankomst rum var ikke klar gjort var meget beskidte, støv over alt. Ingen håndklæder. Wi-Fi virkede kun nogen gang til stor irritation når man har teenager. Morgen mad ok. Personale manglede engelsk sprog. Har en god tur arrangør til fornuftige priser. Bedre end nettet. Placering god. Max 100 m til strand. 10 min til byen i taxa. For 20 egyptisk pund.under 10 dkr.

لا أنصح به
واجهنا مشكلة عند ال check in اللي في الاستقبال ماعرفت تلاقي حجزنا. أعطوني غرفة غير اللي حجزتها عالموقع. المكيفات لاتعمل وسيئة جدا. الفرش غير نظيف الغرفه فيها حشرات فطورهم أقل من مقبول الفندق مظلم في الليل ولايوجد أضواء في الممرات. يوجد كلب طليق في الممر وتعرض لنا في احدى الليالي مما اضطرنا للجوء للموظفين للتمكن من الوصول للغرفة. الميزة الوحيده هو موقع الفندق المميز. لا انصح بالفندق

Hotel was amazing had a stunning view all around great service friendly /funny/helpful staff who went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, we were only there for 4 days but it feels like a dream i had more of a peaceful nights sleep in their hotel than in my own home, or anywhere else ive ever stayed i slept like a baby throughout i did not want to leave if i could

Not for me.
It was awful I wouldn't rate this place at all! ULTIMATE budget hotel in good location but it was cockroach infested with dirty bedsheets and couldn't even get service at the bar. I had to go and look for a waiter. This place is in need of some serious renovation. I checked out 7am after a sleepless night. I won't stay here again but it maybe more appropriate for those on a serious budget only using the room to sleep in. The hotel need a to invest in new bedsheets that are not stained and buy new mattresses or at least give them a good steam clean.

We checked in at 4:00 am and checked out at 12:00 noon as this was only a place to sleep after 25 hours of travel so we never got to use the amenities of this hotel. It was adequate for what our purpose was in staying at the Elaria.

Albergo a due passi dal mare e a 4 km dal centro.
Albergo confortevole. Personale molto semplice, simpatico e disponibile. Pulizia non eccezionale ma congruo ai costumi della società locale. Colazione squallida. Molto vicino al mare convenzionato alla spiaggia privata davanti all’albergo. Prezzi bassi. Colazione squallida. Se solamente avessero nozioni dei nostri standard, potrebbero avere un bellissimo albergo visto le stalazione che hanno ma come in tutto il paese...sono fatti un po’ così, alla carlona!
