för eran kunder skull rekommenderar jag att ni ta bort detta 3 stjärnig hotellet från bokning listan, hotellet borde rivas ned och byggas om, det enda fördelen är välvilliga personal, vid havet och hyfsad måltider som matchar och hotells nivån, man får inte förvänta sig mer än de hade serverat. Själv kunde jag inte sova två nätter p.g.a. dundrade luftkonditionering sen fick jag flytta till ett annat rum och där saknades varm vattnet, blev jag förkyld när jag duschade två dagar med kallt vatten , så ni ser hela resa loppet var ett slag av tortyr och inget annat. Tack EXPEDIA.

Helt ok i pris och läge. Inget att rekommendera för par utan detta är mer för vänner och familj med all inklusive. Helt okej service men slitna rum. Maten var helt okej också.

ett litet mysigt hotell
det var inte så mycket gäster men vi blev sammansätta med stort fint hotell ROYAL (50 m ifrån oss).Utmärk mat, fina barer .All inclusive är ett måste... för dem som vill koppla av och vila är det perfekt ställe. Har varit där 7 gånger och känner mig som hemma där. Glad att det inte fanns stökiga ryssar. Mattias och Wanda

Graças a Deus ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel. É intitulado como resort, pois oferece pensão completa. A comida não é tão diversificada, mas é saborosa. Tivemos problema logo na chegada, pois informaram que havia a reserva, mas que a hoteis.com não tinha pago. Mostrei o recibo, mas para evitar o desgaste, efetuei o pagamento, o qual está em processo de reembolso. Entretanto, o entrave sobre pagamento não foi o maior impacto, mas a chegada no quarto: os lençóis não foram trocados, pois havia pelos dos hóspedes anteriores; no banheiro havia absolvente íntimo e no box tinha um tufo de cabelo. Já tinha havido muito desgaste e já eram 23 horas, virei o lençol para dormir. No outro dia, na nossa saída, a camareira utilizando um tradutor do árabe para o inglês veio me pedir gorjeta, pois havia limpado o quarto. Tentei dizer para ela que o quarto não estava limpo. O hotel tem acesso a praia, mas recomendo buscar outro lugar.

So bad experience
Everything was so bad ....Also food was so bad and the hotel is not all inclusive there was no snacks and so limited drinks and food and so bad attitude and so small beach .. rooms was not so bad ....also they took extra money from me over the room rate i paid...so bad experience.

So Disappointed
My stay was so disappointed i reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights and when i arrived and going for check in they told me that you must pay extra money so i told them i already payed throw hotels.com but they told me that this rate is for foreigners not for Egyptians so you must pay extra money about 20$ per night per room so i told them that i will stay only 1 night and i will check out next day and i need full refund for the remaining 2 nights in both rooms and they talked to the reservation department and confirmed with me that they will refund me so after a month now they don't refund me so i talked to reservation department and they told me that they will resolve the problem and refund me and nothing happend till now...so if you are Egyptian please call them before you reserve to know the difference that you will pay.

What did we like? The Staff & Management. E.G. we arrived very late on our first night and the Management arranged some food for us & the restaurant staff look after us. This place is not the Ritzs, but room was always cleaned daily & the few Hick-ups we had were sorted asap & a understanding smile. The interaction we had with the staff made the stay seem like the Ritzs. Just ask & they would try hard to help you. The swimming pools were clean and often after snorkeling in the sea,shower & then to the pool couple beers and relax in the sun. I / we look forward to returning. For the price this wa a gem.

This should be advertised as “Some-Inclusive”. The bar regularly ran out of beer at 10.30pm, the only alternative was cheap spirits. When there was beer, it was served in plastic cups more like shot-glasses and they had nothing bigger (or weren’t allowed to serve beer in anything bigger). There were no snacks available anywhere throughout the day unless you paid extra. There was no real fruit juice at any time, just cheap overly-sweet mix that tasted like a child’s drink. The staff were amazing and quick to try to remedy issues. (No complaints about the staff team at all, all working hard with what they had). On my first night, I found my room had no hot water, the fridge made a noise like a washing machine, only one socket worked and the air conditioning remote had no batteries. They fixed all of this except the socket the next day. The restaurant food at dinner alternated very slightly but was pretty much the same every day. Chicken and fish. Cooked the same way every time. There is no real coffee served at this hotel. It’s all awful instant powdered rubbish that, like the “fruit juice”, tasted awful. This is not my first time in Egypt and I have seen it done well and properly previously. It’s all cheap shortcuts here that affect the overall experience. I popped to the hotel next door for lunch one day. A different world entirely.

The staff were extremely helpful. Sometimes the female activities staff were a little aggressive in their approach. Lovely clean hotel, great pool & beach. It would be good if staff understood dietary needs such as vegan.

Das Hotel war nicht sauber, für den Preis kann man nicht allzuviel erwarten, aber ich selbst stelle nicht sehr hohe Ansprüche, weil ich ein günstiges Hotel gesucht habe. Das Personal war halbwegs freundlich. Das Bad war eine katastrophe, die Dusche war voll mit Schimmel, vielleicht hab ich ein Montagszimmer erwischt..

Outdated hotel with good service
Very outdated hotel, real rooms doesn't have anything in common with hotel listing. I was impressed by the friendly staff which made my stay much better and even made me extends my stay for an additional night

Fabulous hotel, just small niggle about rooms.
Normally love this hotel. Fourth visit. However, for some reason we were given rooms on the side of the complex which were nothing as nice as the ones I've stayed in previously. There we're vacancies in the nice ones so don't understand. Room a bit small and a bit run down. Disappointing as I had taken my son and our friend this time. Otherwise, as always, my favourite hotel in Hurghada.

Disappointing stay
The hotel lacked atmosphere as a solo traveller. There wasn't a all day bar/drinks facility where you could hang out. The food lacked variety and was overcooked and dry. I really didn't enjoy it. The all inclusive was only beer and spirits and they didn't have a cocktail menu. Personally I prefer to drink wine and was very disappointed that it wasn't an option. I've not had that before. Some of the bar staff were unfriendly and you had to ask to get a drink, whereas as others were the complete opposite. The entertainment wasn't well advertised, even the fitness classes in the day I didn't know about. I certainly will not go back here again!

Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen!!
Jeg boede på dette skønne hotel 6.-14. april. Hotellet har 2 dejlige pools, en børnepool og en dejlig strand. Jeg sov en enkelt nat i et værelse på 1. sal, hvor køleskabet brummede konstant, men så opdagede jeg værelserne i stueplan med større terrasse i de andre bygninger overfor og opgraderede for 10 Euro extra pr. nat. (Prisen kan evt. variere efter årstid, eller hvis I er 2) Dette køleskab var lydløst. Maden er sund og udvalget er ok, men for tiden har de ikke mange gæster, hvorfor frokosten skal indtages på nabo-hotellet. Hvis du har booket med all inclusive, går du ikke rundt med penge, men hav alligevel småsedler med, for du får en bedre betjening og flere smil i Egypten, hvis du giver lidt drikkepenge her og der. Safety boksen på værelset koster ikke ekstra. Jeg kunne ønske mig et væghængt tørrestativ på terrassen.

Close to life in Egypt
If you want to experience holidays with egyptian families- It is a Great Place to feel the puls of life in Egypt how it is now. We liked it. Our son played with Egyptian boy and it just showed that children have no boundaries or prejudices. They had great fun without a common language. Good experience for both.

Fabulous Hotel in Hurghada
Second time I've stayed here. Stayed on my own and felt comfortable and safe throughout. Beautiful setting right on the Red Sea with its own beach. Water activities and trips available on site. All set within lovely tropical gardens and with three different size swimming pools and a few on site small shops for beach and gift purchases. Staff extremely helpful, kind and polite. All inclusive so meals and drinks there when needed them so didn't have to go and look for places to eat. Busy, friendly,local shopping area just a minute or two over the road for gifts, clothes, chemists, etc. A lovely relaxing holiday in a safe and tranquil setting. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Hurghada. The atmosphere beats the more modern, upmarket hotels hands down.

Probleme bei der Abrechnung, ansonsten zufrieden
Es gab ein Problem beim einchecken, die Administration hatte Buchungen verwechselt und durcheinandergebracht, so dass uns ein ziemlich höherer Preis verrechnet wurde als bei der Buchung und Bestätigung angegeben. Es dauerte den ganzen ersten Tag, bis sie den Irrtum endlich aufgeklärt hatten, und wir mussten immer wieder nachfragen und darauf bestehen, dass sie der Sache nachgingen, damit überhaupt etwas unternommen wurde. Das war etwas mühsam und nervig, ansonsten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel zufrieden.

エジプト旅行の半ばにこのホテルに3泊し、旅の疲れをいやすことができた。食事もビュッフェ形式の3食付きなので、栄養補給できた。ホテルのスタッフもすごくフレンドリーで、快適に過ごせる。ゆっくりと海の美しさにふれるホテルライフを楽しむことができた。
