"The room was clean and good. It’s a simple room but for me that’s perfect. The staff at the reception were very nice and serviceminded. I had a few nice chats with them and we connected very well. Also the staff that you meet in the restaurant were very friendly every morning. I got the feeling of that the cleaner at my floor was just nice to get money, not genuine, and got upset when i said i didn’t want my room to get cleaned. The staff selling tour guides were very eager to sell their things and didn’t seem like wanting to share too much about other cheaper alternatives. One of the them were nicer and more genuine than the other one and reckommended some local things for me. Overall I’m happy with my stay at Palm inn, and i would definately recommend it to a friend. Ps. You have sea view and pool if you go to the roof top. "

"Mycket bra hotell och trevlig personal. Ala Carte restaurangerna är mycket bra samt vanliga buffen. Det enda som inte var bra är ångbastun som inte är varm bara 35 grader."

"Vi bodde bara där en natt. Mem personalen var supertrevlig? Allmänna ytor toppen, men rummet hade behövt en uppgradera. Vore bra med eluttag vid sängen och bekvämare kuddar. Ett extta stort plus däremot för skyltar att ej klappa katten som sov i baren, det var omtänksamt och gulligt. "

"Tyvärr var min vistelse mycket dålig. Rummet var smutsigt och dåligt underhållet. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte ordentligt och rummet var mycket varmt, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Personalen var otrevlig och inte hjälpsam när vi påpekade problemen. Baren var inte välfylld och servicen var långsam. Överlag motsvarade hotellet inte alls våra förväntningar. Jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell och kommer definitivt inte att komma tillbaka. "

"Bra rymligt rum med stor kyl/ frysfack . Ingen alkohol / trots all inkl . Dryck utan kolsyra samt utspädd kaffe / mjölk . Fick säga till om att få vatten på rummet (2 flaskor varje dag ) mat sådär - men ok . Fin strand - mysig. Hotellet lvar centralt . Personalen gjorde sitt yttersta . Trodde yoga men det fanns ej. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized getaway and for families with kids as they have a lot of activities for kids. The service was exceptional, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The entire property was spotless, from the common areas to the beach, which was beautifully maintained with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers available. We were also impressed by the food options; the variety and quality were top-notch. The only small area that could use a bit of improvement is the rooms, they’re comfortable and well-kept, but a minor update or refresh in décor would make them match the high standards of the rest of the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely return for another stay!"
