Bästa hotellet ihop med systerhotellet SENTIDO Mumlouk. Maten, varje dag otroligt mycket att välja ifrån sallad/kakbufen till temakvällar. Otroligt kul entertainment team som gör semestern aktiv om man vill, annars bara underhållande med sina shower, deras närvaro bara. Alltid smile på läpparna. Vacker trädgård med massor av blommor, fina pooler. Bra rushekanor för alla åldrar. Fin strand med strandbad och goda drinkar. Alla är super vänliga på hotellet.

Allt tillgänglig på nära hål och bra underhållning
Hotellet är mysigt allt finns tillgänglig och nära både stranden, poolen, rutschkanor, animation, restauranger och affärer. Maten var good, wi-fi och servicen bra dock rummet kunde vara renare.

Super bra hotell fantastisk gård m massor av vackra blommor o underbara dofter fantastisk utsikt promenader fram till stranden o längst poolen o till hotellert bredvid som man har all rätt att vistas på sun rise mamlok , man måste bara dit o se deras hotell o utsikter o den oändliga poolen där oxå. Personalen va utmärkta fin fin service trevliga hjälpsamma bästa service dygnet runt . Bästa maten bästa buffen allt som man önskade sig fanns där o lite till fin restaurang personal, fin service, kall o varm rätter frukter av alla slag grönsaker, efterrätter av alla slag drycker av alla slag både varma o kalla , sötsaker av alla slag mkt o välja på obegränsat.Mkt trevliga o tillmötesgående, fin dekor, rent ,vacker stort, ljust luftigt lyxigt , man hade flera val alternativ så man blev propp mätt så man kunde spricka o ändå har man inte provat allt, ny mat varje dag, fantastiskt, fick aldrig nog Man saknar inget där, man hade allt man kunde önska sig o lite till, vid poolerna finns barer med mat o snacks o dryck, man kunde äta o dricka vid poolen dygnet runt , gott o nyttigt o svalkande!!! Hög säkerhet vid poolen , badvakter överallt , trevliga o kunniga, jätte tryggt för barnen . Jag rekommenderar varmt det här hotellet , speciellt för barnfamiljer, det e fullt me aktiviteter o shower varje dag oxå , kvällstid, för både barn o vuxna, det finns ridning, pilbåge, spa,fantstiskt gym, dykning , 2 stora pooler, 4 st restauranger.

Underbart hotell med enastående personal
Vi trivdes så bra här. det är helt klart det bösta hotell vi bott på. hotellområdet är helt enormt och det finns massor att göra för vuxna och barn. servicen är otroligt bra. med tanke på hur alla jobbar och sliter för en liten lön från morgon till kväll är vi imponerade av deras vänliga hjälpsamma attityder. stranden är kanonfin. det finns många pooler att välja mellan både på garden beach och grannhotellet mamlouk. Huvudrestaurangen serverar mycket god och varierad mat. vi har absolut ingenting att klaga på och återvänder gärna

Perfekt. Enda som är tråkigt är att barnklubben kostar 5 euro per tillfälle. Det trodde vi ingick. Annars var allt kanon.

Underbart trevligt hotell. Andra gånger jag är där. Sista gången var vi bara tjejer med våra barn och kände oss trygga. Gången innan var hela familjen, föräldrar och syskon med familj.Trevlig personal, varma pooler (29 grader) i både dec och mars, varierad mat, fast kunde vara lite bättre till barnen, de gillar inte dessa egyptiska smaker.

Stop scrolling book the Sunrise Now it’s epic
Absolutely wonderful hotel with brilliant friendly staff - I heartily recommend staying here the staff can’t do enough for you Sherif the new general manager is amazing and look out for Boushra and Osman in the reception as they are brilliant If you land on your feet and get Ahmed serving your room then you are onto a winner he has real eye to detail. The pools are heated to 29 degrees which is lovely and the hotel is fully accessible on a motability scooter which is amazing for me - I love the new Pier which has ramps into the sea - this is our families second time here and it quit honestly just keeps getting better and better

Returned from a week's break and can say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms are modern and clean. There's a choice of pools as well as the very fun waterpark-be prepared to climb a lot of stairs up to the top! There's seven Al la carte restaurants that you can use as part of an all inclusive deal deal. We ate at the Italian, Mexican and Asian ones and the service and food was brilliant. Top though, you need to book a reservation on the tablet in reception. We found that if you booked early in the morning, there were always reservations free for the following day. All in all, an excellent break and an excellent resort!

Hôtel parfait !
Parfait . Hôtel propre et récent en bord de plage. Il dispose d’un ponton où vous pourrez voir de multitude poissons, des raies etc… les restaurants sont garnis. Les chambres spacieuses. Les animations super ! Bref je recommande !

The hotel location was great, the beach was very nice and no litter, kids had a blast on the pool and the staff were super friendly and catered the whole family. The whole staff from reception to housekeeping were amazing even the maintenance team were professional. When it comes to food they served all cuisine special thanks to chef Mohamed. Animation team were highly active and lots of activities were ongoing. Slides were well maintained and safe and life guards were always alert. Definitely will be come back again. Thank you for the ultimate experience.

Amazing experience, the whole staff are very friendly and professional. Main restaurant was amazing big variety of food and different cuisine, special thanks to chef Mohamed. Animation team were amazing, the kids had a blast as well as me. I will definitely come back soon.

I was going to give five stars but there were two things that altered the overall positive experience of our trip. The first is that waitors aren't allowed to accept tips. All tips go into the tip jar. Sounds fair on first thought. But in reality it looked to me (and i could be wrong) as if the waitors were constantly being watched by the multiple managers in white and blue shirts. So to me it appeared as if the waitors were acting more out of fear of getting reprimanded rather than out of motivation to do a good job in order to get a tip. I mean Egyptians are used to working for tips. But that's clearly a management decision to appeal to Europeans who aren't used to constant tipping. The second thing that i thought could be improved was the music. The animation team played the same songs over and over again that are played at resorts all across the world. Hearing "I will survive", "country roads, take me home", or "Barbie Girl" is not why i flew all the way to Egypt. Egypt is the music hub of the middle east and Egyptian music is far easier to dance to than European and American music. Other than having Egyptian staff at the resort it didnt feel like Egypt. It felt more like Mallorca. The food was pretty good. The salad bar was abundant although the quality of the food wasn't too high. For the price we paid it was appropriate but definitely not 5 stars. The animation team was extremely motivated and made this hotel special. All of them tried very hard to involve the guests

Worst experience ever by being physically attacked by a east European guest and hotel management discouraging you to call police as it happened on our last day. The lenghty investigation would delay our departure, they said. Stay away from resorts with a former East Block clientele.

It is such a lovely Resort. Very clean every where - the garden is so beautiful. The room was so nice and our housekeeper - simply the best. All employees are hardworking, doing their very best so so helpful.

This was a last minute decision because we had to cancel a reservation in another hotel. I read the reviews and decided on this one because it was rated extremely high as a family friendly and we were not disappointed. We took the family suite a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The children room is very cute with small desk and nice decorations so my kids loved it. The hotel has everything you want, amazing wide variety of food, several swimming pools and a decent sized aqua park. It has it's own beach and if you love snorkeling you can take a walk to a nice area with a bice coral. There is also a diving center. Close to shopping. The best was the staff. They greet you with a big smile and try their best to accomodate. Special thanks to Fahd froom room service who was extremely accomodating and helpful, Hamada from the swimming pools, Kareem a young chief from kitchen. But most staffs were amazing and you can see that they enjoyed their work. I definitely recommend it and I will go back in the future.

Sono molto amareggiata perché durante il soggiorno ho tentato più volte di mettermi in contatto con Hotel.com. Purtroppo non sono stata avvisata che in questo bellissimo hotel ci sono ben 3 cantieri . Uno di questi situato proprio davanti alla mia stanza che ho pagato e te per la vista mare e per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, visto che con me era la mia mamma di 70 anni! Dalla mattina alle 8 fino alle 17:30 non stop ci sono 2 Martelli pneumatici e generatori di corrente che non si fermano per un solo attimo. La cosa più vergognosa e che l’ho pagato a un prezzo normalissimo…. Avrei avuto il diritto di essere avvisata in modo da valutare un altro hotel… per questo motivo sto valutando di avviare una pratica di querela in promos con hotel.com perché io , mia sorella e mia mamma eravamo andate per rilassaci. Tutt’altro sono tornata veramente esausta! Erano le mie uniche ferie, e non ho potuto riposare!

this is the second SUNRISE resort we visited and again it was great. Rooms and service is great. Clean, the pools are watched carefully which is handy with small kids. Food is pretty good at the buffet restaurant. Service can somewhat be less or missing certain finesse, but they do their best and that is appreciated. If you are bothered by the sales men (excursions, spa etc) approaching you when at the pool, you can get a red flag at the towel center to let them know you want to be left alone. Overall a pretty good experience once again.

Das Resort ist super sauber, weitläufig und sehr schön gemacht. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und dadurch ist das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders gut hat uns die Animation gefallen. Jeden Abend gibt es Kinderdisco. Unsere Tochter hat es geliebt. Danach Abendprogramm mit Verschiedenen Themen. Danke an Asteka, Dima, Ahmet, Beso, Osman und das restliche Team 👍 Die Poolanlagen sind sauber, gut aufgebaut und sicher für Kinder. Mehrere Life Guards haben alles um Blick. Die Rutschen sind toll für Gruß und Klein. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch zu empfehlen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Besonderen Dank an Asteka, Moose, Beso und Ahmed aus dem Animationsteam, die für abwechslungreiche Unterhaltung und unsere gute Laune gesorgt haben. Unsere Tochter liebte die Kinderdisco!!! Kinderclub ist toll. Eigentlich darf man die Kinder dort nicht abgeben, sonnst wollen die nicht mehr da raus.

The hotel was nice until my kid and myself got afood poison throwing up and diariah all night and we told the reception manager he said not from us you maybe ate something outside we didn't we just had drinks on the way until we ate the snacks at the hotel I paid full board but my son and I only were able to eat cup of soup and just water because of the nausia we had during our stay. Then my wife went to get a massage and since we are in Egypt we taught everything in Egyptian pound they gave her receipt look to everyone reads it 2006 that mean 140 dollar then when she went to pay they charged her 3800lb and told her it was 200 euro the 6 they said euro sign whythey show her the price in euro and we are American in Egypt it was very deceiving and when I talked to the manager he was sarcastic he said your wife is adult and should know if she doesn't know she should ask , it's only 60.00 different which is not big deal but the way they handled it was like a scam

The resort is lovely and huge. Lots of things to do and see around the resorts. Restaurants around, we wish we could have tried more but they were fully booked. All inclusive menu for breakfast was pretty much the same - was ok. Lunch was hit and miss and dinner was good. Pools are fantastic! Staff are great and very helpful. Downside was the faulty room door. We requested for someone to look at it on two days and no one ever turned up. Eventually we just left the door closed without actually it being securely locked.

We were so disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel, the place is over crowded, room wasn’t clean, linen was dirty and unchanged “see photo “ front reception staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly, reception itself was unpleasant with no AC functioning, dining room was a total mess, hot no AC also smells funky, staff unwelcoming as well, No order at all! Food was mediocre. Mamlouk was a bit cleaner and food was decent. Beach wasn’t too bad, the staff establishment wide wasn’t happy with their jobs and makes you feel unwelcomed . The room was so dirty, floors cabinets bathroom and even main hallway outside room, had to change keys everyday because they would just stop functioning.. so terrible… the thing that was most disgusting in the room was the bed linen which was so dirty and you can tell it’s not washed.. housekeeping guy would knock on the door every evening to basically say hi and wait for tips. So unprofessional, it’s not like you actually cleaned the room properly. During checkout they didn’t even bother asking how was the stay, which tells you a lot about how they run business. We ended up leaving and staying in another hotel which was a bit pricier but definitely enjoyed it “Steignberger Aldau” I would highly recommend this one. AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND SUNRISE TO ANYONE. Oo forget to mention the cafe outside on the beach, forget the name but it had like the nubi style, serves hookah and drinks and play Egyptian music.. that was nice and the owner w
