Sand Hollow Haven is the ideal home to accommodate a large group which is perfect for a family reunion or weekend spent with friends at Sand Hollow Reservoir or Zion National Park! It is a new home that has 19 beds that sleeps up to 34 people and also has a private 26 ft pool. Along with the pool, the courtyard also has a firepit and outdoor island grill with a mini fridge. There is endless entertainment with a ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, and three retro arcade games.
The Space
The space is divided between a main house and a guest house which gives you two fully stocked kitchens, five master bedrooms, two bunk rooms, seven bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The main home has a total of 11 beds. It consists of three master bedrooms that each have a king size bed. The bunk room has six queen size beds and two twin beds. The main house is connected to the guest house via a breezeway.
The guest house has a total of eight beds. It is over the five-car garage which you will have full access to. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and a bunk room that has four queen size beds and two twin beds. Each bedroom in the main house and guest house has a 55 inch smart TV and the living rooms and courtyard have 75 inch smart TVs. Each bedroom has blackout shades to ensure you can sleep well after a long night of fun.
This house sleeps a large group of people, so we have ensured there are places for everyone to sit during your large get togethers.

The Fun:
There is a 26 ft swimming pool with a basketball hoop for a friendly game of basketball. The firepit offers a place to warm up on those cool desert nights. There is plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful evenings. You will also find a ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 to offer endless nights of fun. You will find out who in your group is king of the classic arcade games by playing Ms. Pac-Man, Asteroids, Centipede, Mortal Kombat and more!

Do you like BBQ? We’ve got you covered with our large outdoor BBQ grill with an outdoor bar and mini fridge.

At the clubhouse there are two community pools with a large hot tub and also two pickleball courts!

Pets? Definitely. We personally love animals and want you to be able to share your adventures with your furry friends.

NOT CLEAN

A property that sleeps so many and there were 2 ratty pool towels provided. They dropped off more in the packages from wal mart so we had to launder before using. Stayed 4 nights with 24 people and they left us only a few kitchen trash bags so we had to go buy a box ourselves. The cushions and decorative pillows inside and outside all have stains - like big stains. Pool area was super dirty. We went to hang a banner on the wall and the entire wall in the living room was covered in thick black dust. I had to use the microfiber mop to wipe it off. Boogers and blood wiped on bunk room walls. That was gross. One of the bunk room windows was shattered. The other bunk room door handle fell off in my hand when we initially walked through upon arriving. They painted the walls white but then don’t clean them. Main house ice maker broken.

Amazing family setup

This house was set up with comfort in mind with every room having its own restroom and control of temperature. The kitchen is well stocked with useful and high quality item and the company was quick to respond when we needed help with internet and a new battery for the smoke detector.

Family Get Away Gem

The house is beautifully designed with lots of space for large families or groups to spread out comfortably. The loft rooms are thoughtfully appointed with full/queen sized bunks which means that teenage kids and even adults can still utilize the bunks comfortably. The heated pool, video games, ping pong and shuffle board gave lots of entertainment options without even leaving the house. It was awesome to have the separate guest house for family members with a baby who needed a quieter space for nap time. Rachel was extremely responsive and helpful— answering questions quickly all throughout the day and evening. Our only improvement would be to have a better selection of serving dishes and serving utensils. For a house that can sleep 34 people, you assume the meals served would also be approaching that many and most of the serving utensils were just cheap plastic tongs or spoons left over from catering orders. As an additional note, the neighborhood is full of vacation rentals, but doesn’t have very many amenities to support all the vacationing families. The rec center gym is minimal (think hotel gym) and there are only two pickleball courts. Every time we went to play the courts were full and there was a substantial wait. If you are planning a neighborhood to host large families on vacation, certainly more courts, a playground and more rec facilities would be advantageous. All in all, a lovely place to spend a week together as a family.
