The Space:
It's a great place to bring your family and friends, with plenty of space for everyone and an immaculate ground-level patio featuring an outdoor fireplace, grill, and dining space - all settled among the beautiful desert landscapes. The condo also offers access to resort amenities like sports courts, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a full fitness center. Soak in the beauty of the desert and soak up some fun - this is your perfect getaway spot!

Between the many adventures you are bound to have exploring nearby parks, award-winning golf courses, and famed spas, enjoy leisure time in the homey living room with reclining couches, smart tv, and gas fireplace. Whether you’re dining at home or taking snacks on the go, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. From the private patio to the indoor dining table and barstool seating area, guests have ample space to spend quality time over shared food and drinks, all while surrounded by unforgettable landscapes.

Stay at one resort and play at both! Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and a full size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.
The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
2 underground parking spaces are provided, plus tons of extra outdoor parking stalls.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are heated and open year-round.

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. And when you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Beautiful property

Beautiful property. Dishwasher did not work, refrigerator made random wierd noises. Grill outside on patio was filthy inside, hadnt been cleaned. Other then these small inconveniences we really enjoyed the property. Overall i was impressed. I wouldnt hesitate to book again. Thank you!

Relaxing stay

We had challenges getting into our room. The access code didn’t work. After several minutes I did get in touch with the property manager. He was able to provide an alternative access code. The unit was clean for the most part. There’s some maintenance items needing done. The light above the microwave was out. The sliding patio doors slider channels need to be cleaned and lubricated. There was an oily film on some of the glassware so we washed a few items. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the cool mornings. It was a short walk to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property and stay

First off I will mention that Becky the property manager was wonderful. She always answer our text of anything we needed and beyond. When we arrived the coffee machine had broken and she was already in route with a new one. The property grounds are very well kept and for property users only accessed by a FOB key. The pools were not overcrowded and the courts were typically available at most times. The best time we found was when people were out for the day you had the whole amenities to yourself. In the evening when people came in from the day did you see more people around. The best part with this room is it faces east and not west. We encountered many guests who unfortunately had rooms towards the west that faced the interstate and noise and gas station giving a “truck stop feel”. We did hear noise from a joining highway which I would say would be it’s only down fall if you’re looking for absolutely peace and and quiet. But if you want a central location and able to hop on the interstate towards either Zion or St George this is a good landing spot. Reasonable priced especially for such a beautiful condo. We ate all our meals outside next to the fireplace and cooked up steaks one night on the grill. Already thinking of next spring break at this place. Thanks Becky and Grand Welcome.
