“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...
