“I purchased room thru Expedia and got a pet friendly room. When I got there, there were two long flight of steps which my husband who is handicapped had a hard time getting up. I went to the office and asked for a bottom floor or cabin. I mentioned I had my dog. The guy said he couldn’t make any changes that I would have to go thru Expedia. The hotel charged me $486.26 for a one night stay. It was only suppose to be $131.13. They told me since I was in a non dog room, they charged me extra. I...

“We booked the ADA room, which was advertised as a classic room with a roll in the shower. It was supposed to hold a queen size bed. The bed was a little bigger than a full. There were no chairs in the room, just bare bones furniture. “Kinda dirty, stained carpet, shower door was broken and didn’t shut all the way, nice enough staff but not excited at all.. view was great but stairs and everything were under construction.. it was an okay stay just not worth the price”

“My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”
