This is a decent house for a family of four. The home is VERY clean, even though it’s old. However, while it is “updated,” there is still a distinct “old” smell, possibly of old smoke and just general age. The house is on a quiet street, however, the neighborhood/subdivison itself is actually near commercial and industrial areas - so, it’s not in or walkable to picturesque Cape areas. The local airport is right down the street, so it’s easy to hear the planes take off and land. The Cape is expensive, so the lower-than-average price reflected the area, but be aware that while you could technically walk in to downtown, it would be along a main thoroughfare.
The listing states beach chairs, and we never could access them in a locked shed and no key.
Overall, a comfortable stay, but driving is required to exit the less-than-picturesque subdivision and the old smell was noticable.
