“There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. “Had a great stay in Boise! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the connection to the restaurant was such a nice bonus. “We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet.
